The old lawn mower saw better days. The new one is a charm. Too bad about the coypoo. I hate plastering, too, but you are doing well with it. Glad you are enjoying some good weather. ❤
Onwards and upwards 😊 I looove your positive attitude and nothing is ever a problem, just something that needs resolving and you always find a solution 👏🏻🌺🌞
I can see that you are both hard working people, and I'm enjoying watching your progress. We were staying on a sheep farm once, when we got to the room and opened the window a swarm of flies came in. It was like a horror movie 😮 Are you sure it wasn't the old mower that frightened the wildlife away?😊
I would do whatever it takes to get the rodents out of your area . We used sonar thingies to get the moles away from our house. They went across the road to a ditch easement area no one cares about . The key is to create a wall of the sonar pushing them away . Of course you said tgey probably come through drainage piping. Maybe a screen across the drain pipes so they have to go back to the other water area ?
The coypu were doing the same as you: building their home! Maybe the solución is to help them found a better location and try to save your beautiful pond. Happy Easter!
The Creuse is known as the land of 1000 Lakes, there are 3 on our little road. Our little pond is the smallest of the lot. They just wander around munching happily away. Hopefully, now ours has nothing left to eat the coypu will leave us alone?! Strangely, I do like watching them, even though they are destructive and aggressive when you get near. xxx
Hats off to you with the plastering, I think you've done a bloody good job!! I had to laugh at the old mower, I have the same ethos of using something to it's demise!! You definitely deserved the new mower. We have to buy one in May when we come over!!!
You aren’t the only place in France that has a coypu problem (Phil at Chateau Life has a hoooge problem. )Yes, they’re cute, but they’re an invasive species. Have you considered getting them trapped & moved elsewhere?
Glad to see another video really enjoy them🎉
Glad you like them!

Thank you! Second hand mowers are going for the cost of a new one at the moment, shop around!
Nice mixture of content, it takes a while to find the right plaster in france as i found out
Glad you like it! Think Mark will have finished plastering before we find the right plaster!

We are going to mention it to the mayor and see what steps we need to take next!
Those cluster flies are disgusting. I’m sure you’ll be putting a stop to them real soon.
They are becoming less and less, thank goodness!
