Thank you for making time in your busy life to highlight the work of RIDERS . I have been a volunteer in the UK for a very long number of years and it's something know body is aware of the work done in Africa

I remember when i had to call for an ambulance when i got a severe gallstone attack, and it arrived fairly quickly. Before long im in A+E getting well looked after. I took it for granted. Many people around the world arent afforded the same luxury, so what you're doing is highly commendable and i wish you all the best of luck in everything you do when helping those less fortunate.

This is a very serious topic that is well presented. Not everyone has the same infrastructure for health so having a low cost logistics 'bridge' to help out makes a tone of sense. Using two wheels makes a huge amount of sense for not only logistics but for people as well. Having well maintained machinery is paramount so it's good to see this pointed out. Keep up the support for two wheels for life.

Vanessa, could you possibly be more beautiful? I applaud all that do in life. There’s a lot that we more fortunate don’t think about that is a significant issue for others in the world.
Keep it up, you wonderful human ❣️

17:00 Not a wannabe, Anika is the silly twin! 🤗 A wonderful institution! (Yes, I _am_ talking about Two Wheels for Life here! 🥳)
I have been looking at the tracks of rescue helicopters in flightradar24 rather often. I think that a single helicopter could basically cover the whole of the Gambia! An then to think what a co-operation between Senegal and The Gambia could do in this field! Along the borders, European rescue carriers support each others like that. What a beautiful thing this united Europe with much mor transparent borders is!

I commented on this yesterday but it seems my comment disappeared! It's a great project Vanessa! I'm involved with a very similar but much smaller one myself. The Gear Box Bike Shop in Poole, Dorset have a project called Bikes To Africa, I am riding to Gambia with the owner Darren and two others in September. We are taking two bikes down, two guys are flying back, so the local community can use the bikes. I won't put the link up again, maybe that's why my comment was taken down. But people can look it up if they want to help.😊

Oh how bizarre, not sure why it was removed maybe due to a foreign link. Anyway thank you for taking the time to watch, and thank you for your contribution to help those in need. It is a lovely thing to be involved in, and it sounds like they are doing good things also, well done to you for getting involved

That's great. Help people in a foreign land so they can have more children that they can't afford and they won't be able to take care of. When you're done with that, if there's still time, maybe you can help disabled British military veterans who are committing suicide because they are so privileged.

Sadly there are thousands of amazing courses for support and I only have so much time to support only so much. I'm very happy with my choice to support the UK school students with my free schools programme and then Two Wheels For Life for international outreach. I'm sure you're also happy with the choices you make for charity support. Everyone has different reasons 🫶

@@TheGirlOnABike A family member of mine used to support "migrants" to the USA. He said, "I advocate for these people," I said, "Why don't you advocate for your own people? How about that?" When I ride my bicycle down to the WalMart parking lot at 2am on a summer night, there are dozens of people sleeping in their cars. They live in their cars. Walmart lets them use their parking lots because it's sort of captive customers. Meanwhile, it was globalism directly or indirectly that put most of those people there. I'm a military veteran and I see the devastation it has wrought on these men. Some of them have PTSD so bad, they just wander around outside alone at night, and many of them self-delete. I'd have to be ... I'm not going to go to another country and put in time and effort and fight for them while right here right now this is going on under my nose. I swear the Western World has some kind of disease that it can't value and take care of its own like everybody else in the world does
