@MoIds0 this is absolutely possible on official, probably not in the same spot as I built it as I think it won't allow it because of the explorer note nearby.. you can adapt this to absolutely anywhere 👍👍

funny you should say that because I plan to make a cozy santa house in the snow biome before christmas but im just waiting for the winter wonderland update so i can build with some of that stuff XD, it will only be a small-ish log cabin

Edit - BRO this tutorial is in the exact spot i was planning on building in! I wanted to do the steampunk base you did that was really cool just different spot. My tribe built a base in the water back there on our map and had left the cliff for me so epic!!! Will be building this castle as well.

This build in survival is insane. Fell down so many times doing the roof. Spent 4 hours for the first 20 of the video. Definitely like the castle look tho. I'll be finishing it for my buddy and I to play with coop. Awsome video tho

It helps if you show the building footprint before you start the build guide. Nobody knows where to center the initial steps and will probably run out of flat space and have to tear it down and rebuild.
Hey I hear what you're saying, to do exactly what i've done perhaps be wise to start of a bit higher than I did just to ensure you can do the underneath part :)

Great build, the castle looks fantastic! Part of me wants to replicate it, but it's gonna take ages to gather all the stone so I might skip haha. I also have another suggestion. Well the beauty of this is you could literally just do the main tower and leave the rest of it and then come back to it and do a second tower etc, but yeah it is a lot of stone XD, I've never tried to do a catherdral so that could be fun! Belgium, so awesome :D, thanks for watching!

Its pretty hard on official the biggest problem was the clipping especially the floors clipping and the tower clipping. for future builds try to not clipping much for official ppl thankyou, very nice base u can see in my server on official if you want. Try my best to improvise the clippings hahah
Yeah it's not something I was aware of at the time 😬😬, clipping not being allowed on official. I think the best thing is to leave out the little tower and side tower thats stuck to the main tower, then you should be good, or like you said, you'll need to improvise XD😆glad you made it! No you cant clip ceilings or foundations together on official.
p.s. Half way through i noticed i have to make it 2 pillars taller because I'm not building on a hill so the ground is pretty even and the front courtyard was already ground when i went down by 3.... So now I'm restarting the entire build. On the Brightside i still have all the structures so at least i don't have to go farming for more until i get back to where i am...
I think I'll build this when the full Ark Mobile game comes out this year on Christmas. I'm not sure if yall know, but the full game of ark with all the maps and builds and tames will be coming out on Christmas soon. Im so hyped!! XD Hopefukly WildCard wont back up the release this time. 😢😅😊

Alright i couldn’t build the water base due to a tribe being there but i can build this hopefully, i recently found out i had a lot of free land above my base (on the west waterfall) that was covered by trees which i didnt realise. Hopefully it fits 😄

Yes that's correct, because it's using pillars it doesnt matter too much about the terrain, just make sure you go quite bit higher than I did to compensate for any bumpy terrain etc 😁@@acomment8333

Great build! I have a question. Looks like you are on Xbox. How do you get the floor ceilings to snap into one another? Overlay snap, I guess is what I will call it. One more question. How do you get the Admin Blink Rifle to work in build mode? I just keep teleporting when I use it. It is the color blue when I bring it out. Thank you
Thanks so much 😆😆, So to answer your questions, I play on PC but, that's not a console thing, that's a server thing, if you're playing on official it might not let u overlap some of the structures. Single player it should let u, and unofficial servers too. To change from blink setting I think it's either Y or a button on D pad, I can't recall 😬 have to look later when I'm on

When i try to place stone foundation sometimes it wont level out some sits on top of ground and some lays on the surface idk what to do about it!

@@LolsAtLance kinda heart broken right now, i downloaded admin panel mod so i can fly and everything was working fine now when i even try to load my non dedicated game im blue screened every single time. I removed all mods and still get blue screened, the black globe pops up and right when screen goes black i get errored.

a BIG space 😅, if youre on the island, if you go to the same area I built mine, you'll see how big roughly, its the whole tip of that cliff area

It’s this very vast area inside of a mountain that also is also near a mountain with gigas on it. I know the description is a bit vague but do you think that castle would fit in that area that I’m talking about?

@@GalacticFlame Oh man, that is annoying :O, I'm not sure how big this is, but, you can definitely make the 3 towers within those limits, but probably a smaller wall around maybe? I'm not sure, it's hard to tell how big 25x25 is.

I'm doing this build right now! It's coming along quite nicely, however I cannot add a wall at 18.56 (the second wall up), it is obstructed by the main tower's wall - is this only bypassed by creative mode or by having "disable collisions" turned on? Playing on a non dedicated server with friends, not an admin so I can't get into creative mode myself.

But no, the gap is too glaring - either I have to take that tower out or build it in SP which is what I don't wanna do as I got this game specifically to play with friends lol. But first, collisions.

How much space does it take up?
If you know the location on the map, if you go there and see that clifftop, it takes up the top of that basically. Hope this helps! :)

Hey, is it just the part with the main tower connecting to the smaller towers? I would forget about the smaller tower coming off it at the top and at the bottom, and you will still have an awesome castle XD

That's awesome 😆😆 u may find that the little towers coming off the big tower are hard to put in due to no clipping on official, so you may have to leave those bits out. Or just have a few gaps in places 😬😬 hope it goes well! A few other people made it on official

People have built this on official, quite a few, just can't do the double tower really, apart from that it's doable 😆
This is really hard to follow and of course one of my people on my unofficial server requested this for their admin build. 😢 I've made it an hour in and have to tear down everything to rebuild it again because the person wants it exactly like the video
Are you able to clip through structures on your unofficial server? If you can't then I'd enable that if you want it EXACTLY the same.
You'll have to explain to whomever has requested it, it's really hard to create things 1:1 as depending on location it will be slightly different and that's okay! It will have it's own unique charm XD, the underneath bit depening on location is harder to create, just ensure you start off high enough.
@LolsAtLance I did try to just tweak it but they complained about it not being 1:1 lol BUTTTT the only thing that was saving me was thankfully they wanted it exactly where you put it on the map
@@sassymangle92 omg they sound fussy lmao🤣, chuffed they want you to build this but tell them the designer of the castle says it's almost impossible to do most builds 1:1 and all builds need some tweaking to work depending on where you put them. But sounds like you've managed to complete it now which is super impressive!, Did you manage to finish it?

A villan layer could be really fun.. omg like the batman layer.. I'd just need to find the perfect spot to do it where everyone can build on official as well. It would need to be in an open cave area if one even exists on the island
