I think the directors cut was more realistic and plus that’s how it was supposed to end but people hated it because they all died but well that’s Mother Nature for you
The final scene that comes right after is completely different too. In the theatrical cut it's a small happy scene, while in the director's cut it's much longer and darker. There's one last song called "Don't Feed the Plant." I prefer the director's cut ending
I love how even tho frank ozz was upset about changing the ending he still made the most of it and made other small changes to help the ending.
I'll always love the new cut. I love Seymour and Audrey too much to accept their death.
I’m a simple person, when I see a Little Shop of Horrors song, I click

I don't get why they cut the bullet scene tho it would not have harmed the ending at all and was a cool part to show how hard to stop towy is.
agreed
Probably to save screen time
@@IhgGh-hg3xo but they were willing to have it in a movie with a longer ending
I blame the editor
They cut it because audiences hated it
5:57 Oh shit!
Did anyone not notice this mistake? Little Shop of Horrors is not from 1984, it's from 1986
I never knew they were different scene
