Being from Vashi myself I'm really surprised with your research....You've covered some really good spots that I usually recommend people> But next time when you're here try the following places -
1. Shinde Vada Pav - Mini Market near Ambedkar garden, Sector 9
2. Pani Puri wala in the Sector 10 gully next to Bangalore Iyengar Bakery
3. Hungry Anna - Medu Vada & Dal Vada Sector 14 next to Krishna Country Bar
4. Vada Pav & Pattice - next to sector 29 bus stop
5. Darjeeling Momos - Sector 15 (You'll be surprised)
6. Bugers & Sandwiches at La Crosta
Really tasty and somewhat healthier options (from a person whose office is in Vashi)
1. Masala idli/Masala fried idli in Anna's idli (sector 30, food court near the station)
2. Some of the best, most authentic chicken momos I've ever eaten at a Meghalaya Bhavan's restaurant.
3. Pahadi/Tandoori/Malai chicken momos for an interesting twist on momos (sector 30, food court near the station)
Try Darjeeling momos at Sector 15 you'll go crazy
There's a place called FROYO in sec. 17. Do try it!!
