@@AustinWeiss uhh the only like restaurant we go to a lot is Golden Carol and there's this Chinese restaurant I forgot. If we're talking about like fast food then that's a hard question.. probably like Panda Express or Wendy's
Bolingbrook is lovely but beware of sky high water bill. The only thing I hear people complain of constantly. And had they known they would never have brought Property here. And I hear Bolingbrook is stuck in the deal they can’t get out of the deal. If you going to pay water that high you might as well go to Naperville or to the newer homes in Plainfield. Lived here several years and it’s time to buy a house, but that water bill screams NO! I have a well paid government job but I refused to pay that much monthly for water I mean like 180-200 monthly. Taxes ok homes ok schools ok WATER NO!!!!!!!
The neighborhoods near the quarry are separated by barriers such as the DuPage River, Plainfield-Naperville Rd and Naperbrook Golf Course, and all those homes are in great school districts - quarry has not affected value of those homes.
Thanks for watching! In the video I mention the property tax percentage based on the property value - property tax will vary based on factors such as size, amenities (ie. basement, deck, etc.), location. Feel free to download my home search app to check out properties & tax rates in the area - app.kw.com/KWS9ENM
Hey thanks for watching! Yeah I've helped quite a few people recently whose kids graduated from high school and now they are looking for different scenery. Let me know if I can help in anyway with your real estate plans here in Chicagoland and where ever you plan to make a move to as I have agent partners around the country I can connect you with!
I think Weather Tech is actually in Romeoville. Also, you missed the biggest con. For a town called Bolingbrook, there is a disappointing lack of bowling alleys.
What is your favorite thing about Bolingbrook!?
Everything is pretty close by
What's your go to restaurant in Bolingbrook?

As a mom of two, all the park and play areas, as well as the library are out favorites.
Yes Bolingbrook did a great job planning out the parks, playgrounds and trails throughout the city.
King Sosa was here
Literally the only thing that makes Bolingbrook worth it
Pros: Quiet, decent schools, low crime, the Promenade, Free Concerts in the summer. Cons: Skunks, Beaconridge, BHS

Hi, thank you for posting this. Had a quick question about quarry in boolingbrook, does that bring down value of homes near to the quarry in future?

Can you do a quick video on Plainfield, IL looking to move back home. Was looking at Naperville and a friend suggested Plainfield
One of me best things to do here is ride the free helicopter and airplane rides at the international clow airport. So amazing!
