    Whenever you stirfry noodles, do you wonder how much noodles to meat to vegatables you should use? I do. The proportion is totally up to you of course. But it is always nice to have a guild. And here is mine: I usually do 1/2 the amount in noodles, 1/4 in chicken, the rest in veg. You can vary this ratio as you wish but this works pretty well for me
    Ingredients:
    2 packet of udon
    300g chicken breast
    1 Tbsp soy sauce, light
    White pepper, dash
    1 tspn corn starch
    Some vegatables
    Some shredded carrot
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 stalks green onions
    Oil for stir frying
    Seasoning:
    1 Tbsp oyster pepper
    1/2 tsp sugar
    Pepper, dash
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp sesame oil

    Looks yummy! But can you explain why do we need to soak udon on hot water?

      It is quite hard straight out of the pack. Soaking the udon in hot water will soften it enough to fry.
