Hey everyone, sorry I never answered any of these comments. It’s been a while since I worked on the drone, so unfortunately I don’t recall how I ended up fixing it... I think HobbyKing still provides live help, so hopefully that could be a path to resolving it.
1) All you have to do is power off both remote and quad. 2) power on the remote with throttle all the way up. 3) press hold those two buttons and power up the quad (do not release the button until calibration gets over ) 4) with the button pressed on quad , lower the throttle all the way down 5) when you hear the buzz sound you are good to go...
you need to off the transmitter to while making throttle stick up you have to power transmitter and copter then power on transmitter and Quadcopter it works
First off, you kk2 board is not secured to the copter. You need to glue it or secure it with a cussion in between the board and the quapter. It has to be basically part of the copter to read the g force values of the quadcopter. Second if this problem still happens, you need to reset the board and do the esc, calibration. Either individually or all at the same time. Do a search and you will find a number of videos about that.
Paarth Saini Well I has been a while since I fixed it, but if I remember correctly, the HobbyKing representative told me to calibrate ESCs, accelerometers and gyroscopes, etc as usual. Then, turn self level ON. Afterwards, let the drone take off and it should balance itself out, hence fixing the motor speeds. If this still doesn't resolve it, I highly recommend using the HobbyKing live support chat which pretty much garantee a good result. Hope this helps :)
Philip Becker Thanks slot for the help but mine worked when I did manual ESC calibration in which I had to calibrate each ESC at a time. Then I calibrated them all with the KK board and now at least three are working together because solders had come out. Thanks for your help. Will check if last motor also works. For doing manual ESC calibration you need to connect each ESC pin to recover throttle then power it on. A beep will come then another beap after throttle is at full. Then pull your throttle down. ESC makes another beap and calibration of the single ESC done. Then do it with all others and then calibrate them with KK board and done. Remember to remove all other Each pins and receiver pins from KK board when doing manual ESC calibration.
Hey first of all go to reciver test and set all the values of throttle rudder etc to zero by moving sticks of the transmitter after that put the quadcopter on a flat surface and calibrate acc after that calibrate the esc that may be helpful
that is not the way to calibrate ESC. Power off Flight controller, power on transmitter, move throttle to top position, hold 1st and 4th buttons of your flight controller and plug the battery wire to the board wire and you will hear 2 beeps and move all the way down the throttle stick and you will hear one more beep and leave the buttons until you should not leave those buttons. i hope this helps .
Hello sir, i built a quadcopter by kk2.1.5 but never flying it because i have facing a problem i.e when i connect battery to the quad and after esc calibration the motors are automatically runs without throttle and also witout arming.....so this is a big strange, what can i do plz help me

Are u saying about throttle pass
Thank you very very much bro. Your comment was a relief for me after weeks of failure.
Same here, one of the motors goes slow until goes off and the others just crazy

I think you should first press the two buttons and then power on the control board.
Your help is very much appreciated, but luckily I was able to resolve the issue with HobbyKing. :-)
Philip Becker how? i have the same issue.
My dron in 2 ESC red and 2 ESC yellow so what should I do?
facing similar problem what should i do any suggessions?
Thanks
Plzz hlp me. . I have issue with. ..my fcb it doesn't let my quad to fly all the motors are moving with different speed
Help....my controller restarts when throttle is above medium
Use an arduino to calibrate the escs

May be it's because your remote needs to be calibrated, use trimmer in your remote to control sensitive
Thanks for your suggestion but now i am using sp racing f3 flight controller
I am using ...kk.2.1.5 but it doesn't work...it doesn't flying..all the motors are moving with different. ..speed .and doesn't fly
