Holy shit, I'm so happy I rediscovered this video after scouring spider run vids. Just pulled a Paragon from the void shard event this weekend and he was a life changer. I was stuck on spider's 19, since my important champs were getting annihilated by the spiderlings. But with paragon at level 30, he focused all the damage, enabling me to decrease the spider's turn meter with lyssandra and razhin while a level 50, no masteries, no books stag knight kept the speed down. Spider only had one turn (1 exhaustion got resisted). Now, I'm easily farming Spider's 20. This was so clutch. Now I need to find a way to beat fire knight.
This team will be able to do auto when they implement the custom attack order of your champion where you get to choose the order they execute their skills on auto

@@ColdBrewGaming It was mention in their Q&A that is on their website when they were replying to players requests and that is one feature they promise to implement, cause come on you have to admit, the AI sucks.

I wish the game will be easier in the future and when it happen, this video is the proof of how hard player in the past have to face this stupid mechanic set by Plarium.
I just love to use strange teams to beat stuff in the game. As i don't have any god tier legendaries, i do what i can with what i have

yeah the mechanic of Plarium is worse, even i need to spend lots of silver to upgrading my equipment. its annoying when often gettinf failed. Stupid Mechanic upgrading sys!
Dude, genius. I've climbed from Spider 14 to 20 only with Paragon, Psylar and Royal Guard. You've made me reconsider all my low tier Champs... Thx
Armiger's ai is great, will always use his skill 1 if boss' turnmeter is high. If only Paragon will always refresh unkillable into himself, this can work on auto.
I don't see why they can't do that with Paragon - he sure does refresh it endlessly in when you are up against him in Faction Wars...
I've tried the Paragon spider trick but it doesn't work for me for some reason :( I must be doing something wrong? He's only level 30 and the spiders do attack him a few times but then they switch to my Coldheart and kill her.
Hi, so the health of Paragon must be so low that the other champions are about 2x-3x that amount. Come over to my discord I can help out if you still have issues.

Wow, that's awesome! Armiger really is an awesome character for just being an Uncommon. I have 1 that's fully ranked (I kept feeding extra copies of Armiger into him instead of books) but maybe now I should just try and also get a group of 4 just for this attempt. Luckily the market sells Armiger quite often for some silver coins. I think he was like 44000 or 49000 or so. 😃
Love it.. even weaker champions have purpose.. any can win things with a top tier champion but everyone is useful in their own way.. love to see more vids from you...

Funny I just got my first Armiger a few days ago - I've had 2 more since then and the other is currently training while I level up other more important characters - but this was a fun video to watch - I will admit I fast forwarded after a few times just to see what the end was, but still interesting to say the least.

first! Damn, boi! this speed! The awesome thing is that Paragon basically has a free taunt! The worst thing is that you have to do in manual because as far as I know Paragon applies the buffs on other champs too :/

Both my paragon and lead armiger is at 151 speed. The unkillable expires before paragon can apply the 2nd unkillabe. My paragon is fully booked as well... what am I doing wrong?
Nearly a year into the game and no cold-heart. I have several paragon. And 3 armiger. I'm thinking of how to adapt this though

I wonder if Gnarlhorn is a good substitute for Paragon I DO have one 60 Armiger but I may need more developed Armigers at least I now have a Drexthar for the account with the 60 Armiger that I forged mainly for Doom Tower to kill Sorath before Ninja was released!

Could you do a gear list? I can't keep them on my Paragon. You said the Armigers' health needs to be 2.5 times that of the Paragon? And is that max HP or current? 'Cause obviously his current HP is usually nil.
max hp, so if paragon is 5k , armiger needs to be at least 15k or so. to safe 20k

1) does this team work with non-spirit affinity spider and / or earlier levels
2) if affinity still matters, how does one solve void spiders :)
I keep being stuck at lvl 8 even with unkillable Paragon, as mini-spiders keep switching targets really fast.... Works for like 2 turns and then I'm done
you need to get your teams health higher to do spiders with paragon, they need to be at least 2.5x the health
@@ColdBrewGaming paragon is at 8k and 30k champs get targeted, so I feel there is something else still. But if it was easy, everyone would be doing it 😁🤔

I've seen some improbable strategies to beat Spider 20, but I'm fairly certain this is by far the least probable of them all. Just wow.
But it is a great demonstration of how flexible strategies can be in this game, and how useful even low tier characters can be.
I just wish paragon would put the unkillable on himself in auto, this would be a funny way to complete the missions.

Super interesting comp. Templar counters whenever a debuff is placed on him. Could he ever be strong enough to handle all the poisons and get enough life back with lifesteal? His A2 also places a 1 turn block damage with a 3 turn cooldown which might help. The tricky bit is always that he has to be "weak" enough to draw the ire of the spiders, but they consider HP not defense, right?
Templar is a great choice but him being spirit makes it harder for an auto setup with Armigers. I might try him out anyway though with very low resistance
