  • Learn how to use the Matrix Fitness Glute Trainer
    Enter the machine and sit on the set up seat
    Adjust the floating hip pad to the midsection
    Slide down on the back pad
    Lift the pad with your hips, allowing the safety to fall away
    Perform the exercise with a hip thrust motion
    When complete - grab the safety handle and bring it to its starting position
    Rest the weight on the safety
    Lift the floating hip pad and exit the machine
