The actual man is definitely dead. Alarmingly young, but he had a massive issue working against him that his death amongst those around him was incredibly unfortunately more of an inevitability rather than something that would grab him unexpectedly. That's not to say that it couldn't have been stopped, but the man dealt with a massive amount of emotional pain an instability that he refused to have addressed in a professional way because he seemed to endlessly look at that admission as inarguable and pitiable weakness, and to be pitied or perceived as weak was absolutely unacceptable in his eyes, and this was something that was never going to be changed, truly a core belief or at least instinct that was inevitably irreversible. I just hope he is at peace, like every decent person with good intentions deserves to be.

A lot of people could probably figure out after hearing a few times but I've known DOOM's real name for ages and even I was confused when u started calling him Daniel before even establishing that that was his first name
MF DOOM literally is doing what dr doom does he gets killed but always comes back, MF has already passed yet every year one of his tracks is viral on all social media. He always come back for real.
Wholeheartedly respect the decision to not release Madvillainy 2. As much as we'd all like to hear it, DOOM left us with an incredible catalog that we'll be able to cherish forever. Rest in POWER, villain 🙏
the villain is never gone. he's just waiting for the right time to come back
Just thinking about how doom sends his body doubles to rap as him at his shows, along with the time he passed. I can’t help but think during his last days, we were living amongst his shadow. Whether we hate or got use to the face masks, we all wore one.
I’m hoping DOOM, being the super villain he is, tricked the world is alive somewhere
Showing modern listeners MF Doom is like trying to get someone to believe in God it's hard and it really pays off if they learn just how deep this man was literally every rhyme has a reference to his life every rhyme is a story this man left such a legacy for us to always enjoy
My childhood rapper, the community is gonna miss him
