I have to agree with everyone else who has commented so far.... You are the only ones I watch from start to finish as I don't want to miss anything... Oh..the plane...It looks very sturdy(like you two) and I also liked the sound of the motor..NO chainsaw sounds there...Keep us laughing guys...until the next one.
Thanks A for such kind words. We really want to show this great, great hobby in a little different way. Most of the viewers and friends understands our way, but some dont. But hey, as long as we have fun and we even surprise ourselfs somethimes. Its so great that even we dont know what will happen. We just turn on the camera and what the hell happens. And this baby is fixed and ready for the second flight with good low passes. Oh yeah... And the four stroke sound is just perfect. Love it... So big salute to you from Slovenia and see you very soon... Cheers my friend, Robert
My father flew that same plane in WW2 and he was stationed at Tawara Atoll. I’m proud of him and miss him very much. He passed 2 years ago two weeks from 99 years old.
A dead stick landing with battle damage and only a broken prop and bent landing gear. That's awesome. I have had the elevator on one of my planes come loose but not during flight
Oh yeah Peter. This was really like WWII repeting itself. I love it. And that is why I love this hobby so much. You never know what will happen. Perfect... And we never had a problem with elevators before. But this is second hand plane and it was crashed a few times before. But its so tough. Amazing... Cheers my friend, Robert
Greetings from Connecticut, Northeastern United States! You guys are absolutely fantastic, as a die-hard radio control RC warbird nut, as far as I'm concerned, your channel is the only UA-cam feed I need! Thank you for your raw and informative videos, they're absolutely perfect! Someday I want to come fly with you guys and party!
Like you said. We give some good information to the viewers but we also must have fun doing it. We just love the planes so much and we love to film them. And you never konw what will happen and that is why its so interesting... Cheers my friend, Robert
Like you said M. But somethimes viewers just dont understand that we love to joke on the camera and that this is just our way of filming this great hobby. We really dont want to be booring... Cheers, Robert
Model Jet Juggernaut Good comments, In the year or so I've been subscribing and commenting I don't ever recall anyone with thumbs down, that says alot, I love these guys, seems like everyone else does too, I'm glad I subscribe.
Getting caught up on your past videos. Its a delightful thing to view your flight videos as you two are amazing ambassadors of our sport! Its possible that rc planes sales will no doubt go up because of your influences on you tube and maybe bring back rc clubs too in more areas!
You two are the funniest. Nice to see friends doing what they like, and having fun. I live in Palmdale California. Come on by and we can fly together! No motels, stay here and we can enjoy this hobby.
Great model ! The SBD Dauntless helped win the battle of Midway island and changed the course of the war in the Pacific. Never again would the Japanese have aerial superiority in a major battle throughout the remainder of the conflict. A truly historic aircraft ! 😀
Like you said U. Even this RC one looks so good at low passes. I wish that I could see one in real someday. Iam so inlove with warbirds and especially from WWII. Love them... Cheers my friend, Robert
THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All hail Pilot Robert and Captain Blaz! Half an elevator? YOU THE MAN!!!!! OH YAEH!!! CHEERS!!! Thanks! We watched you guys on my brother-in-laws 80 inch big screen. The BROTHERS look AWSEOME on 4K ULRTA HIGH DEF!!!! CHEERS!!!
Like you said George. This was one in the milion flight. I love it... The bird is fixed now, Captain Blaž will also check the engine and then we will film the second flight with some good low passes. Oh yeah... Big salute to you and your familly. Cheers my friend, Robert
Oh yeah Neven. Like you said. It very beautiful in the air and that engine sounds perfect. The bird is fixed and ready. Captain Blaž will only check the engine also before flight. I hope tomorrow morning if the weather will be OK. Cheers my friend, Robert
SBD Elevatorless😉.Highly entertaining from the beginning to the end! Great, great looking finish. I wish every foam plane has that skin not only balsa planes. Flies fantastic. I expected the second flight after repair...but you didn’t unfortunately....we have to wait.
Oh yeah Louis. It was really crazy and so thrilling. I love it. And the bird is fixed, today Captain Blaž will also check the engine. And then I will fly it again to do some amazing low passes. Iam just wondering if I will fly again with full speed... And like you said, balsa planes with foil on looks so great. To tell the truth much better then foam planes. But I still love them all... Cheers my friend, Robert
Brilliant. Great to see a nitro four-stroke - the only way to fly a warbird! For peace of mind it would be worth checking the security of the hinges on the other elevator and ailerons too.
Thanks. And like you said, four stroke is perfect for warbirds. And I have checked all surfaces and Captain Blaž will check the engine today. The baby is fixed and ready for the second filming with low passes. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Good saving of the plane Captains! How on earth You succeeded in landing that one without an elevator rudder is a riddle to me. Skill and god blessing. Loving to seeing You in action!
I can tell you Craig that you will love it. Bare in mind that this is second hand plane and it was broken many times before I bought it. And even like this it still looks awesome in the air and the sound is perfect. You can also set this baby on electro power. We will also assemble the second one... Big salute to Oregon from Kostanjevica. Cheers my friend, Robert
Robert Petrinčič...the first video of yours that I watched was the unboxing of the SBD, been waiting a while to see a maiden....I'm also working on the Stuka from hobby king....can't wait for that maiden also....
We were just talking with Blaž that without any other surface you would be still able to fly but without elevator its the end of story. I was flying planes without rudder, I was flying planes without ailerons, but without elevator there is no way. Good thing here that I still had half of it... Cheers my friend, Robert
You were very lucky , could have been an aileron ! Would be nice to see one powered by a 4 stroke . It's great to see a pilot not giving up and flying to a successful landing , more or less . Keep up the good work !
Like you said Marvin. And this baby does have 15cc 4 stroke engine on. That is why the sound is so great. Cant wait for the second flight and some good low passes. Cheers my friend, Robert
Thanks Michael. I can tell you that it really wasnt booring flight. I love it. And Iam really happy that this awesome plane survived to see another day. We will film the second flight tomorrow in the morning if the weather will be OK. Cant wait to hear it again at low passes... Cheers my friend, Robert
Oh George, you have big engine on. The sound must be awesome. Do you have the video of your bird? And we will assemble the second one with all working on the plane. Cheers, Robert
Thanks Will. Somebody might think that Iam crazy, but I thought quickly that maybe this is the last flight with this baby so I wanted to do at least one good flight. And at the end it turned out to be perfect again. The bird is fixed and ready for the second mission. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Crazy never seen a plane fly like it's on rails after loosing half an elevator 🙈 lucky ! But probably explains why the plane was trying to roll to the left at the beginning of the flight 👍
Very interesting video. Loss of elevator is the worst thing that can happen during flight, good thing the left half was still fuctional. Nice job saving that bird to fly again. Keep up the great banter between you two and happy flying!
LIke you said David. Thanks God that the half was left. There is no way to fly a plane without it. But at the end its great video again and so much fun... Cheers my friend, Robert
That was awesome you guys should be airline pilots! Attention passengers-we just lost half our elevator but not to worry the other half is working fine! Oops now the motor quit so we will land immediatly to see what the problem is! Love your videos!
Oh yeah K. This was really crazy. But I was thinking what the hell. Considering what kind of landing it would be I thought to myself I will fly at least once and fly good even with broken elevator. But it ended well and the bird is ready for the second flight. I love it... Cheers my friend, Robert
Like you said Mike. Even with the end like this Iam totally inlove with this amazing plane and I cant wait to do the second flight. And I know that during the WWII pilots were flying even more dammaged planes and they survived. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Oh yeah Pilot Ryan. This was really the most thrilling nitro flight in my life. It was like WWII all over again ;-) But at the end I must say that I just love this baby and it has even a story to tell. I just love planes with story. And the bird is fixed and ready for the second battle. And we will also assemble the second baby that it is still in the box and that one will have breand new Saito baby on. Perfect... I loved you video with F-4. 8S setup is just amazing. As soon as I gather some money I will order one. But Iam still dreaming about ME262 that I crashed so I think that that will be my first choice... Be well my friend and greetings from Slovenia, Robert
That's a beautiful plane. You guys are making me want to build a nitro plane and that Dauntless looks real nice. Great flying from pilot Robert and exelent filming from captain Blaz. I haven't had a glo engine for 30 years and now I'd love one. Thanks for the great videos guy's.
Its really beautiful. This is a second hand plane and it was crashed many times before but still the bird wants to fly. On the original one the landing gear is better and its made for 10cc engine not 15 like it is here. Still we had great time and the bird will be fixed by Captain Blaž. I gave it to him after the second filming. I still have one in the box waiting to be assembled... Cheers my friend, Robert
Beautiful Mike. I love it and I cant wait for the second flight. It is fixed and ready. And the flight was really the most thrilling in my life by now. Perfect... Cheers my friend, Robert
Awesome flight. incredible flying with only half an elevator. Pity you never got the crash landing, I would have liked to put it on my Facebook page, "Radio controlled Aeroplanes, crashing sucks"!
this is an amazing plane, so beautiful ... and just as you were saying in the beginning that pilots have landed that bird in worse shape than a bent landing gear, i wonder if any ever flew with half an elevator... simply amazing!!!! great job Magic Pilot Robert!!
I just pic two stroke in it when I get around to building it.ked up one of these new in the box for $50 from a club mate that made a huge estate sale score. Plan on putting and NGH 17cc. Mine is the 60 inch VQ model.
Dang! A Zero showed up on your rearend and shot it into pieces.... and shortly bevore landing on Midway the engine froze ..... who can simulate a true wartime landing better than you two daring brave pilots? 😊😊😊😊
I think that cloud in the background is a big thumbs up, followed up with a formation fly pass. 👀 like the RC Gods enjoyed your terrific show. Keep the good work going boys. 🍻
I was really surprissed when later I saw that cloud. Perfect day and perfect flight even with dead stick landing. It sure wasnt booring flight ;-) Cheers my friend, Robert
Oh yeah Ariel. The sound was awesome but it was short flight. It is already fixed and we will enjoy the sound and low passes on the second flight... Cheers, Robert
I’ll bet you could could find pictures from the war with a plane in a similar battle damaged condition. These planes regularly came back with part blown to pieces and they were still able to fly. Just needed a skilled pilot to bring them home.
Great looking Warbird Pilot Robert!Great job bringing her in with one elevator.A lot of planes made it back to their bases with big pieces of stabilizers and flight controls missing during WW ll.Amazing that the pilots were able to bring them back to be repaired and many of them flying again, saving a lot of lives! You did a great job recreating a damaged warbird!!Captain Blaz, great job!!An SY engine?Where are they made?Cheers guys!
It really looks great. I wish that I could se this bird in real and in the air. Even this RC one is amazing. And like you said its amazing how the planes can still fly even if they are badly dammaged and the guys in the WWII were just great. I really respect all of them it doesnt matter on which side they were. And Captain Blaž has another SY engine at home. You should ask him and he will tell you more. Cheers my friend, Robert
You know one of the coolest pictures and stories from WW ll was a story of a B-17 that was so badly shot up and trying to limp back to its base when a German fighter saw it and came along side it and with respect for what the pilot and crew of the B-17 had gone through the pilot of the German fighter waved to them and let them continue on their way You are right Robert,it does not matter which side, there were many good people from all sides. That is the problem with wars,in that there are many good people from both sides with just political differences of a few people making it bad on a lot of people. Most people no matter where they are from really want the same things, just to live in peace and be happy.Life is too short for anything else! Now lets go fly some more rc!!!Cheers brother!
Thanks F. It was really great and I would do it again... The bird is ready and we will film the second flight tomorow in the morning. And that cloud is great. Maybe it shows thumbs up ;-) Cheers my friend, Robert
I really enjoy your channel. Im in the USA and you two remind me of being out at the field with my brother doing what we love, flying. Keep it up fellas 👆😊
Like you said Jeff, Captain Blaž is great wing man, but I just cant help myself. But at the end it was great and one of a kind flight again ;-) Cheers my friend, Robert
one of your greatest videos, it looked like the plane was shot down with the elevator flapping in the wind, too bad capt blaz didn't film the crash landing, the camera was tilted up, but hey a great video anyway!
Thanks Frankie for such kind words. At least somebody likes the fact that I was flying even with broken elevator and that at the end this video turned out to be really great and one of the kind. I just love it. And the bird is fixed and ready for the second mission. Oh yeah... Be well and greetings from Slovenia. Cheers my friend, Robert
If you look in the background at the clouds just next Pilot Robert, you can see that the gods are giving you a thumbs-up. Maybe it's Stribog, god of the winds, sky and air.
Like you said Aaron. The God really smiled at me this time and it ended perfectly. And there was also the comment that the cloud looks like middle finger ;-) But hey, as long as we have fun. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Hey Steven. I was thinking to myself what the hell I will fly this baby at least once becouse the landing was very questionable anyway. And at the end it was again one in the milion video. I really love this bird and it looks so good in the air. It is fixed and ready for the second flight. This time I hope to the book ;-) Cheers my friend, Robert
Awesome fly Captain Robert, but if you have another incident like this on the Air don't risk your plane landed....! cut the throttle and land it right away it's a rule, that would it ended in a big Crush. Before you fly again I will check all the hinges around the plane. And now I will salute you and wish you happy fly on your next adventure. Tony G.
Hey Tony. Usually I would do that. But I bought this baby as a second hand plane, it was already all broken a few times before so I just said to myself I will fly it at least once. The bird is fixed and we will also take the engine off too what is inside. But I cant wait for the second flight... Big salute to you from Slovenia and see you soon, Robert
Captain Blaz ! You missed filming the deadstick! I have the same plane bought from when they were on special at HK and just waiting on me to assemble, probably going to go for an ASP 61 FS. I'll remember to use a bit of CA on my elevator hinges and pin them!
Oh yeah Andy. You must assemble it and have fun. Its really great plane to fly. This one is second hand and it was crashed a few times before. But still I love it and I cant wait for the second flight this morning. I really hope for the best and for some good low passes... Good luck with your baby my friend. Cheers, Robert
Robert and Blaz': I have the same plane! Almost identical setup, with an OS 91 4s, running a 13 x 8 three blade prop. I do have the full flaps on mine, but chose NOT to do the speed brake (upper). It was too much hassle to get the linkages right, and my understanding is that they add nothing to the performance. But, otherwise, your plane looks and sounds exactly the same as mine. Not only that, but the other day while flying it, I lost the left aileron (linkage came loose, not the hinge!) and it kept right on flying, although obviously with a sluggish roll rate! It's an amazing bird and I always enjoy taking it out to the field. Oh, and I have a bomb drop as well, and except for always having to search for my bomb afterwards, because I am such a poor aim, it works great and is a nice crowd pleaser. Another great video by you guys!! I laugh every time, and appreciate your true joy for the hobby! Keem 'em coming!
Hey David. Iam glad to hear that you also have this baby and you enjoy spendding your time with it. I also love it even more after this flight and I cant wait for the second one. And we will assemble also the second one and for that one I have brand new Saito baby. And I must say that it was really great feeling flying with it. It looks so good in the air and I cant wait for some low passes and great zooming. Happy landings my friend... Cheers, Robert
That was just classic. Hey, good day to you pilot Robert and also captain blaz. I will start by introducing my self. My name is Ismael Rivas and I live in Salinas, California, USA. I have been in this great hobby for less than a year. After brousing on UA-cam, one day, I came across one of Motion RC's maiden flight of the Dynam Meteor and boy was I hooked. I had never in my life flown an rc plane and really wanted to try. I ordered the dynam meteor from a hobby warehouse here in California and let me just say that it was a big mistake. It took almost two month's for the plane to arrive and after it did, I was really disappointed in the condition it arrived. If you had seen it, you would of said I had got it at Banggood or was made by the same blind chinese who made that mirage you received from them. By the way, that was another classic video. You guy's are just great! Long story short, while I was waiting for the plane to arrive I purchased an F-104 70mm EDF Starfighter from Motion Rc. I came across your channel one day I was browsing for airplane crash videos and I have been a subsbriber since. Now that the month's have passed, I have bought and destroyed many plane that now I am scratch building them instead. I think that my journey of becoming a somewhat decent pilot is farther away than I thought. The only bird that has survived thru all of this is the F-104 EDF Jet witch is still in it's original box and untouched. I would enjoy your channel more if there was an unboxing and flight video of an F-104 for me to watch. And that's why I would like for you guy's to have it. It deserves to be on a channel like yours. I salute you guy's here from Salinas, California USA my friends. I hope to here from you soon.
Hey Ismael. Good to see you here and thanks for all support. About that Meteor, it looks good but like always with Dynam the quality is very poor. Have you seen our videos of that bird? Now with ESCs and EDFs from Freewing ME262 its pretty good. And I will even upgrade it more. I have bought brand new high speed 12 blades EDFs from Freewing and that will be the ultimate upgrade for that bird. And I was watching that F-104 many times and it looks amazing. I will buy it and test it someday. But like you said it takes time to become great pilot. Even Iam still just an amateur pilot and I also crash many times. But I dont mind that if we had it on the camera ;-) And like we always say you must never give up. There are good days and bad days but as long as we have great fun. This hobby is perfect and we really love planes so much... Big salute to you my friend and greetings from Slovenia. Cheers, Robert
I think you have misunderstood me my friend. I would like to send you the F-104 I bought from motion rc. I want to send it to slovenia for you to have and do more videos, unboxing and maiden flight and for captain blaz to smell the air from Salinas California. A present from me to you guy's.
I'd like to do the same thing with a model I have. Be advised however, that the shipping charges are unbelievable, absolutely amazing in fact. Maybe someone out there knows a better route, I haven't found it as yet but still hopeful...
That would be awesome my friend. I will have to ask Glen from Canada who sended us a plane about the shipping costs... You must check the shipping costs first like John said. When I was ordering from MRC the shipping was almoust 150$. Thanks to God they have now opened the warehouse in Europe. Its OK Ismael. If the shipping will be to much you just assemble it and have good time with it. But thanks again for being so kind to us... Cheers, Robert
HI Guys, When you build your other SBD make sure that you set up the dive brakes and flaps correctly. The three bottom of the wing flaps act as flaps for takeoff and landing and are independent of the top wing dive brakes. The top of the wing dive brakes are operated in addition to the wing flaps in a dive. I am not sure about the centre fuse section of the Flap in the dive. I am researching that for my SBD. Cheers
Thanks D. This was really thrilling flight. And check the MotionRC Europe annoucement video and you will see part of my hangar. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
crazzzy man never listnig to his brother ,, l know all about too l never listen to my brother , what a nice video boys , just love . glue and fly again,, my belly is hurtin because l 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 so much love it from start to the end
My high school PE(physical fitness class) teacher flew these in WW2. He told me that the planes were so heavy with 3 crew members, bombs, machine gun ammo and fuel that when you flew off the end of the aircraft carrier deck the plane would sink almost to the sea until it had enough airspeed to climb out so the pilot had to time the pitch and roll of the ship so the ship would be pitching up when he flew off the end of the deck or he would be in the water. Those planes were death traps when they ran into precision AA fire and enemy fighter aircraft.
Glow fuel is dissolving CA glue, it's not a good idea to use it in a glow plane. It would be better to get proper hinges for glow planes. Great video as always :)
Like you said W, but this is what you get in the box when you buy this baby and I must say that this is the first time we have experienced something like this and we have many birds assembled like this. But like I said, this is a second hand plane and it was crashed a few times before. The tail was all broken before. But it was really great experience and I would do it again. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Vq planes fly great but are very weak soft wood. I have many vq and built there P39 on test flight half the Elevator and stab broke off completely and it flew just fine! Like nothing happened landed perfect too I was amazed
Oh yeah Mark, this was just sick. But at the end it turned out perfect. We really had such fun here. Captain Blaž was all scared but I just said what the hell I will fly it no matter what... Cheers my friend, Robert
I have to agree with everyone else who has commented so far.... You are the only ones I watch from start to finish as I don't want to miss anything...

Could have been way worse !!!
Like you said B. And at the end this turned out to be one great video again. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Robert Petrinčič Yup Yup!! I'll give you guys a shout out in my next RC video, and as a fellow RC pilot, I salute you back !!
Great my friend...
My father flew that same plane in WW2 and he was stationed at Tawara Atoll. I’m proud of him and miss him very much. He passed 2 years ago two weeks from 99 years old.
My Dad was an SBD pilot in WW2 , great video , awesome plane !
14:07 the cloud in the background looks like a big thumbs up for that amazing flight.
you guys are awesome
A dead stick landing with battle damage and only a broken prop and bent landing gear. That's awesome. I have had the elevator on one of my planes come loose but not during flight

Robert Petrinčič the flying is great but it's the comical exchange between you and cpt. that steals the show 😁😁😁😀
Like you said M. But somethimes viewers just dont understand that we love to joke on the camera and that this is just our way of filming this great hobby. We really dont want to be booring... Cheers, Robert
Exactly. Don't change a thing.

We really love this hobby so much my friend. And if we can get any viewer to try it then our mission is done.
Love this channel,I enjoy watching you guys flying these beautiful airplanes
You two are the funniest. Nice to see friends doing what they like, and having fun. I live in Palmdale California. Come on by and we can fly together! No motels, stay here and we can enjoy this hobby.
You're the best pilot I ever seen in my life well done my friend 👌
The sound of a 4 stroke engine is so much better than any battery operated plane :)
Great model ! The SBD Dauntless helped win the battle of Midway island and changed the course of the war in the Pacific. Never again would the Japanese have aerial superiority in a major battle throughout the remainder of the conflict. A truly historic aircraft ! 😀

Great video guys. No major damage to the bird. Beautiful plane
Thanks Tim. At the end ended very well. I just love this baby. It has a story now. Cant wait to fly it again... Cheers my friend, Robert
Sargent Robert... don't need both elevators to fly ! Awesome job 👏
You guys are great. You have soo much fun together its great to witness. Best wishes.. salutes from Dublin.
That's a beautiful bird and it sounds awesome
Please fly it again asap
Oh yeah Neven. Like you said. It very beautiful in the air and that engine sounds perfect. The bird is fixed and ready. Captain Blaž will only check the engine also before flight. I hope tomorrow morning if the weather will be OK. Cheers my friend, Robert
PURE AWESOMENESS! More great RC flight...and totally without editing! The plane lives to fly another day...Cheers Robert and Blaz!!!
Thanks J. This was really crazy but the bird survived to see another day. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Justwingit yes it will fly again!!
GREAT to hear, looking forward to it!
GREAT FLYING ROBERT THIS IS A AMAZING VIDEO SIR. THANKS FOR FILMING CAPTAIN BLAZ'.🇬🇧🇸🇮 PETRINCIC BROS RC SLOVENIA ♥️♥️👍🤭😋😁
Good saving of the plane Captains! How on earth You succeeded in landing that one without an elevator rudder is a riddle to me. Skill and god blessing. Loving to seeing You in action!
Great flying once again and one very nice sounding plane good to see it wasnt badley damaged. It will go skywards again.
Best Wishes,
Andrew Terbizan
Thanks Andrew. It was really great and the bird is ready for tomorrow for some good low passes and great zooming. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
You are a great Pilot Captain Robert.
Captain Robert @17:00 the cloud over your left shoulder is giving you a thumbs up 👍 at the same time you did a thumbs up 👍😁😂😉😂😉
"Film me"......thanks for the video, I really want this bird for myself, greetings from Central Oregon, USA....Craig
I can tell you Craig that you will love it. Bare in mind that this is second hand plane and it was broken many times before I bought it. And even like this it still looks awesome in the air and the sound is perfect. You can also set this baby on electro power. We will also assemble the second one... Robert Petrinčič...the first video of yours that I watched was the unboxing of the SBD, been waiting a while to see a maiden....I'm also working on the Stuka from hobby king....can't wait for that maiden also....
I've had a rudder do that, and an aileron completely leave the plane. Lol that one did really well! Good job getting it down safely
We were just talking with Blaž that without any other surface you would be still able to fly but without elevator its the end of story. I was flying planes without rudder, I was flying planes without ailerons, but without elevator there is no way. Good thing here that I still had half of it... Cheers my friend, Robert
One of the best flight videos I have ever seen! Great job bringing that bird down safely. Excellent video Blaz!
Thanks David. It was really great and I would do it again...
Pin them hinges with cocktail sticks . Worked for me.
That was a great video you guys! Even the cloud over your left shoulder was giving you the "thumbs up"!
Mayday on the Midway Capt. Blaz! Only half an elevator!
Robert I have the same plane with a 30cc gas twin in it. Dive flaps work and it is a joy to fly. George
Oh George, you have big engine on. The sound must be awesome. Do you have the video of your bird? And we will assemble the second one with all working on the plane. Cheers, Robert
Robert I will take one next week showing the dive flaps and gear. I will get it to you. George
Great flying my friend. You never panicked, calm as can be. Oh YEAH!!!!
That was awesome.great to see Robert flying more nitro.dont doubt yourself mate U fly great.i love it when U really open up that throttle
Crazy never seen a plane fly like it's on rails after loosing half an elevator 🙈 lucky ! But probably explains why the plane was trying to roll to the left at the beginning of the flight 👍
Have a great day guys 👍
Very interesting video. Loss of elevator is the worst thing that can happen during flight, good thing the left half was still fuctional. Nice job saving that bird to fly again. Keep up the great banter between you two and happy flying!
LIke you said David. Thanks God that the half was left. There is no way to fly a plane without it. But at the end its great video again and so much fun... Cheers my friend, Robert
The Pilatus formation came full throttle to salute the half - elevator pilotage !
That was awesome you guys should be airline pilots! Attention passengers-we just lost half our elevator but not to worry the other half is working fine! Oops now the motor quit so we will land immediatly to see what the problem is! Love your videos!
Well done rob for getting it down in one piece and flying it with one half of elevater 👍
Oh yeah K. This was really crazy. But I was thinking what the hell. Considering what kind of landing it would be I thought to myself I will fly at least once and fly good even with broken elevator. But it ended well and the bird is ready for the second flight. I love it... Cheers my friend, Robert
Only 25 subscribers to go for 5000! congratulations in advance, great entertainment and great education in every video.
Awesome plane. Very nice cockpit too
Nice looking plane. Glad the end turned out better than I thought it would. And correct, you never know.
It really is my friend. This is the second hand one but still full of life. And like you said good thing that it ended like it did.
Best looking war bird i ever saw even flew with battle damage great pilot or plane would not be in one peace.
Like you said Mike. Even with the end like this Iam totally inlove with this amazing plane and I cant wait to do the second flight. And I know that during the WWII pilots were flying even more dammaged planes and they survived. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Can’t wait to watch this. SBD was my first Magazine review I ever did.
It was Freewing one? I watched that video and wanted to buy one but then I got this one...
You got very lucky on that airplane and flight
Awesome save! Half an elevator and dead stick!
Sounds like my lawnmower. Bueatifull plane. Another great video.
Love your videos
Perfect landing for this situation
Thanks for all support my friend and for kind words. It was sick but so thrilling ;-)
Gorgeous Bird!! Glad you got her down in one piece, not often we get to witness half an elevator!!
Thanks Anthony. We have A few videos of crashing here on our channel. But as long as we get it on the camera it OK ;-) Cheers my friend, Robert
this is an amazing plane, so beautiful ... and just as you were saying in the beginning that pilots have landed that bird in worse shape than a bent landing gear, i wonder if any ever flew with half an elevator... simply amazing!!!! great job Magic Pilot Robert!!
“Film ME!!!” Love you guys!!
Beat me to it. Good lord saying thumbs up!
Brilliant, the only model channel for me.
I love the raw uncut videos. That is how all of mine are. I have done that for years. Great video guys
I have to admit this is a sweet sweet plane oh yeah👌👌👌
Oh yeah my friend. And we have the second one still in the box.
What a cool sound .perfect for a wwll plane.magic pilot robert awsome flying skills as always and video magic from capt blaz.thanks again boys
Oh yeah Ariel. The sound was awesome but it was short flight. It is already fixed and we will enjoy the sound and low passes on the second flight... Cheers, Robert
Fantastic film as always...Best regardsPeter
Thanks Peter for such kind words. This was really something to remember... Cheers my friend, Robert
What an amazing bird my brothers
Even this RC one looks really amazing. I wish I can see and hear the real one...
Nice flying! Love the cloud in the background at the end giving you the finger :)
CPT Blaz don't give up, keep the good advice coming, Pilot Magic flyer Robert, Jeff
Frankie NV yes ☹️ i was surprised to..
You guys are Crazy Awesome, I would have been picking up the pieces...
Love it. Good brothers the important stuff in life and birds.
The cloud behind you at 16:35 is giving thumbs up.... lol!!
Great pilot Skills!! 😲
Thanks S. But maybe Iam just crazy ;-) Just kidding. At the end it turned out perfect again. I love it... Cheers my friend, Robert
That is one tough bird.
That was awesome ea.You are an ACE pilot .
Thanks my friend for such kind words. It sure was thrilling ;-)
YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!
Like you said John. The shipping is crazy... But there is always a way. We just didnt found it yet... Cheers my friend, Robert
Cheers
Mind Blowing! WooHoo Where do you have all your planes. You must make a video of the hanger and all of the planes!!!!
Great videos!!! Keep up the great flying!
Thanks Jeff and big salute to you from Slovenia. We will try to fly this baby again this morning. This time I hope for the best... Cheers, Robert
You should start your own TV Station!
I love your videos Robert
Such fun the perfect comedy duo
Thanks my friend for such kind words and for all support.
MAJOR PAIN ROBERT HEY!!! LOL
GOOD FLIGHT!! SHITT HAPPENS BRO!

Vq planes fly great but are very weak soft wood. I have many vq and built there P39 on test flight half the Elevator and stab broke off completely and it flew just fine! Like nothing happened landed perfect too I was amazed
Like you said Jeff about VQ planes. But I still love them... Do you have your flight on a video? That would be great... Cheers my friend, Robert
