Warum die Masse beim Schweißen nicht nah zur Schweißnaht? Über die Kugellager bzw. die Gelenke oder die Lager der Drehbank ist nicht gut für die beweglichen Teile. Lager von Kreuzgelenken werden eingepresst, nicht mit einem Hammer eingeschlagen.
Das macht man hier im Betrieb nur einmal, dann kann man sich den nächsten Tag einen neuen Arbeitgeber suchen. Ihr macht tolle Arbeit, vernichtet aber mit den Methoden einen Teil der Werkstücke und auch euere Geräte.
Mit solchen Kommentaren vergraulst du nur unsere dringendstestenst benötigten Fachkräfte und ein paar Millionen Geflohene werden niemals einen Fuß auf deutschen Boden setzen.

Man macht ja auch kein Feuer auf dem Elektroherd an und stellt den Topf da drauf.

О чем вы говорите, им лишь бы постучать кувалдой. Окалину от электрода стучать без защиты глаз, это верх тупизма. Я как то раз стукнул по сварочному шву, отлетел мелкий кусочек в глаз, хорошо что рядом со зрачком, зрение не пострадало, но был запах копченого сала.

Hier wird nichts hergestellt sondern re/upcycled. Zudem noch mit Methoden wo man sich fragt was das soll (schweissen auf der Drehbank und die Kreuzgelenke kaputthämmern). Die Schweissnähte kriegt ein 2-jähriger besser hin.
Absolut. Bei uns undenkbar! Das hätte eine Kündigung zur Folge! Aber in diesen armen Ländern läuft scheinbar alles so!? Andererseits kann man auch hier mit wenig Mitteln Sicherheit,Sauberkeit usw anwenden. Aber so ist es nunmal dort.
