I got two theories:-
1. I think the disc should be played with redstone around it in the same pattern acting as a ritual and the head and rose in same pattern as well
2.I think its a body of a player that was in the screenshot (as the player had same armor as in the chest) and it was used as a ritual in the same location of the screenshot. And the disc might be an important record of the player which the player recorded in 1998 and the disc name which is Återkallelse means withdrawal which could mean its a withdrawal of a memory of that person from 1998.

That is correct, Minecraft came out first in 2009 but was only officially released in 2011. The person before them could have been using an old computer that they didn't set the right date or time for though.
