    When you announced that you were going to try carb cycling I decided to try it too because I’ve been struggling for months with the scale not moving. I have been doing 2 low carb days (I try to stay under 50 total carbs) then a high carb day (I try to stay between 200-300 total carbs) and then back to low carb for 2 days and so on…my scale is finally moving and I’m down 6lbs since the end of July!

    Personally I'd love to see the WW points. I'm still trying WW but I can't stand the new "plans". I really want the blue plan back! I'm giving WW until Halloween time to see if I can lose anything else. WW can be really restrictive so it's so easy to fall off the WW wagon.

      Aww thank you so much Angela, yeah the movie reviews just took forever to edit on top of this channel and my full time job and it sucks because I love doing those but they take sooooo long lol. I also havent had any crazy dates to talk about womppp

    I would love to see points as well as calories. I have been double tracking and always seem to be over my points but okay with calories. It's hard to get all of the protein in. I'm excited to see how this evolves. Thank you for offering to do both!

    Yes, please add the points. I would like to compare. I've stopped ww, but need to get back on track with something. So I'm either going to rejoin ww or try calorie counting. It just seems like more work though. Idk🤷🏼‍♀️
    Thank you for the content though. Oh, and i do like seeing the daily weigh- in on insta because it shows in not the only one to lose and then gain. You know, we know it fluctuates, but still. Lol💜

    I would love to see WW points. Especially when something good is lower points! You have given me some great ideas especially for sweet treats. As much as you work out you should be eating at least 2,000 calories.. You are definitely an inspiration so keep it up!

    I track my macros so points don’t pertain to me specifically. I like watching your eat in a day videos for ideas and grocery hauls, clothing hauls too.

    I switched from ww and calories to intermittent fasting. 20 hour fasts and 4 hr eating window. I would watch no matter what you do. I use it for food ideas.

    I’ve done Adkins, WW, Calorie Counting and everything in-between :). I have FINALLY found the life-style that absolutely works for me. I’m 63 years young and have had weight issues my ENTIRE life. At a 54 pound weight loss, I’m actually 5 pounds within my goal weight. Intermittent Fasting with a keto’ish eating plan is the BOMB! Most everyone fasts automatically - (very few people can eat while sleeping, :). With a 18 hour fast and a 6 hour “eating-window” it is sustainable. About once every two weeks, I do a 24 hour fast. I’ve never felt better!

    I’m still doing WW so I’d love you to share points. But I’ll watch even if you don’t. I find most of the WW bloggers I started watching at the beginning of my WW journey are now only calorie counting. They are able to eat more this way. But they never used their weeklies or activity points or added points for water/veggies on WW so really I think if they had, their calories would have been higher. Make sense?

    WW really didn’t work for me because of eating to low calories. If my work offered it at a lower cost I probably would have tried it longer. I will say just before I canceled it I did switch to the Diabetic plan(I’m not). That plan depending on how you answer questions gives you up to 5 proteins(or 4 plus avocado) as zero points and no option for a free starch plus decent points. It’s a good way to up protein with more zero point options available.

    I loved WW as well but I felt like it was time for a change when I felt like I wasn’t eating enough and was at a stand still with my weight loss so I went with calorie counting as well. I’ve just recently started seeing a change in the scale which I’m happy about. I’d love for you to do a video which shows how you get your protein in for the day cause I’ve been struggling in finding ways to get all mine in for the day. I think it would be good if you included both calories and points for the viewers 😊

    Yes, WW teaches you how to eat for health, agree. I'd be interested to see a daily or weekly comparison of total calories vs. points, and if you were to eat all your dailies, weeklies, and Fitpoints, oh and Veggies/Water points, would you be within your points. I feel people say WW is too low cal because they refuse to eat the points as the plan was intended. Congrats on the weight loss!

    I would watch even if you didn’t include the points or the calories! But I do find it interesting on how high some of the points are on low calorie items. And I think a lot of people avoid certain starches or “treats” for fear of the points, when it probably wouldn’t hinder their progress if they just ate it and tracked it. Hope that makes sense! And I love your Vlogs whether they have any food in them or not! I just enjoy your personality, honesty and humor 😊 So whatever you decide I’ll be watching!

    Personally “what I eat in a day” are my favorite videos which give me ideas on what to eat myself. Points or no points, calories or no calories it does not matter to me. I do WW right now and the reason I started watching you but getting bored and not where I need to be. I gained since personal points even though I am still lifetime.

    I would love it to see points and calories. It would be interesting to see how the points end up adding up with what your calories are, or even just you saying what the individual points are for an item your using and not even the whole days points.     I like seeing the calories. I did ww for a while and it helped but I hated tracking. I try to make healthy choices and not snack in between meals. Also trying to get some exercise Monday through Friday.

    I like all the videos, but I really like the cooking and recipe idea videos, the what you eat in a day and activity tracking too. But like others have said, you are like a good friend telling us what’s up and expressing things we all go through. I have you on when I’m doing stuff in my kitchen and around my house, which is what I do when I’m talking to friends on the phone. Of course,I was interested by the WW and cal counting, but I also like the showing Trader Joe’s and Target hauls, cute workout things, your cat, your fav movie ideas. So, keep doing what you’re doing terrific! Thanks for all the work you put in to help usu our journeys.

    I think WW points would be very helpful for things from the grocery store. I also enjoy seeing calories!
    I would like to see some sort of meal prep videos also! I think it’s helpful to have some stuff meal prepped and love seeing what other people do!

    I’m switching to calories myself concentrating on macros I have WW app for just $10/month until end of year so I’m keeping it until then. I’m tired of WW constantly changing the plan and I have a lifetime premium subscription on LoseIt so it make sense to switch I have to look into M-F calories that sounds interesting 🤔

    I did WW and calorie tracking - I could never stick with it because of the tracking aspect. I’m always in awe of everyone who tracks everything so consistently - rockstars! I started the 5:2 intermittent fasting plan - and it’s been such a game changer for me personally. Basically, I fast on 2 days and eat normally on the other 5. My body really responds well to fasting - I don’t feel hungry on my fasting days - which surprised me. I don’t workout on my fasting days - just walk. Initially I was worried that I would eat alllllll of the food right after a fasting day, but to my surprise I haven’t felt the need to binge. I appreciate my food so much more, and I love how light and high energy I feel due to fasting so I really don’t want any junk food - I wasn’t expecting that but that’s been the best part about 5:2 for me. Some people eat 500-800 calories on their fasting days just to have a little something something, but I personally choose to totally fast because I noticed if I eat something little, my blood sugar spikes and I get hungry whereas if I eat nothing and chug water, I feel energized, productive and honestly don’t think about food at all. And I used to be obsessive about food so that brain freedom has been the best part. Just wanted to share my experience because I have struggled with my weight for over a decade now and I have over 100 lbs to lose so I really needed to find something really simple and sustainable for me, and this is. It’s a lifestyle which was my goal in selecting an eating plan. I finally found what works for me and I could cry haha! 🙌🏼🎉
    PS - like others have said, I watch everything you put out haha! Do what works best for you! 🫶🏼

I love WIEIAD, but also just love the vlog style and day in the life. I also really enjoy the taste testing and random hauls. I would love to see some of the stuff that was on sips with Sophie!     I realized I was eating too few calories on the Personal Points program as well. I also didn't love the concept of "earning" points for eating veggies and drinking water. After doing WW for YEARS, I switched to the Lose It app last year after I purchased a lifetime subscription to it on Black Friday and I've not looked back. Even though I'm eating quite a bit more food now, I'm actually losing weight more consistently because I'm no longer in the restrict/indulge mode I often found myself in while doing WW because I was feeling deprived. I'm also doing the Flexible Weekender option in Lose It. I only have mine set for Friday and Saturday though because I don't usually have anything big happening on Sunday. I started following you initially because of WW, but I will happily continue following you for calories/macros as well since that's what I'm doing now, too. 🙂

    I enjoy all your content! I am excited to see how that wrinkle spray works, products like that are cool! I recently moved on from WW. I have been on Lifetime for ten plus years. Honestly didn't want to keep weighing in monthly for the free etools. Paid for a while, but wasn't really tracking well. I am now trying the loseit app also! I like it. I was soooo excited to eat an ice cream sandwich and not worry about points! Very freeing after all this time. WW was kind of like a crutch for me and Ididn't realize it. I have 10 pounds I want to lose. 🤞🤞🤞

    I was doing the same thing! Staying in my points but my calories were 1100-1300 and I’ve been working out 6 days a week 2-3 hours a day and I was shocked that it was so low!

    Being consistent and moving more is the key for me. Good work on your weight loss! I use Lose it too ( switched from My Fitness Pal) and love it! I have my Apple Watch connected to the Lose it app. It automatically gives me extra calories for moving. I don’t eat those but I like seeing them there😂. It gives me a goal to “earn” calories for moving more. I always weigh everyday, not for everyone but good for me. I don’t need calories or points. I love your “What I eat in a day videos” I like the ideas.

    Yes! I also have been loving counting calories. I have been a WW groupie for several years and I agree it did teach me good habits and portion control and to gravitate towards better choices. I have been more successful with counting calories as well. Oh! And by the way ~~ I did the air fryer peach with Splenda/cinnamon and sugar free ice cream (100 calories per serving) 😋😋😋😋 so freaking good I did add a few almonds roasted for some crunch. My favorite go to at night 230 calories and it’s so much that it keeps me full and sooooo satisfying. YES what I eat in a day, recipes help because we all get in ruts so it’s exciting to get new ideas! I’m really into bowls all of a sudden 😂😂 easy to prep through the week and you change them up! Love your content and your ideas! A girlfriend in the journey with ya! 😊

    I would like to see ww points and calories too if possible. Am struggling on ww but considering tracking cals too and to lower my carb. I enjoy your what I eat in a day videos and when you are vlogging out walking and shopping too. I like recipe ideas too. Great to watch and thank you x

    I love your trying new recipe videos, clothes haul videos and what I eat in a day low carb videos. I am calorie counting only for the same reason as you. WW was not working for me anymore.

    What I eat in a day are my favorite. I quit WW and doing calories. I need to change it a little I feel like. I want more protein ideas too. My kids started school today and I need to get back on track. I will be more active on instagram since I’m looking for food ideas. I don’t have tik tok. I meal preped yesterday and doing my go to meals BUt new ideas are always welcome and always looking.

    I really love your vlogs. I try several of your recipes. I changed to lose it app shortly before you did. I had the same struggle with being up and down on weight. Are you eating back your “earned calories”? I am thinking about un syncing my Apple Watch and not having it add my activity back in. I am not weight lifting but I get in 8-9,000 steps at work. I am not losing yet, but I am in my 50’s so it seems to take so long to lose.

      I do sometimes but I try not to eat all of them just like if I am still hungry and want one more snack at night ill do it because I have the calories from my work out type deals
