I own a Daytona that I bought from an AD in Iran back in 1998. It's still in perfect running condition, and I remember the excitement of purchasing it like it was yesterday. Now, I'm curious to see how much it's worth today, so I'm planning to do a little research. It's amazing to think how the value of these timeless pieces can appreciate over the years.

Brosnan wore the Quartz Omega Seamaster in Goldeneye (2541.80). Then he switched to the automatic version in this video (2531.80) in Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough and Die Another Day.
Easy to tell the difference at a glance - the automatic has an extra line of text on the dial (Chronometer).
I’ve had a few Omega Seamasters over the years and this is the one I settled on. So much nostalgia in one beautiful package. I grew up with the Brosnan era Bond movies and always coveted his watch.

I’d be surprised if the 5 link monochrome is for sale, Beaverbrooks in Mcr do the same with Tudor. That is, with the hot models in the window, you go in to enquire and they say, oh, there’s a waitlist for that one, but we can add you to it. It’s a tactic to get you in the store.

Whittles was the first Rolex AD I ever visited, as they are my closest. Really poor service and attitude. So I went into Manchester the same day and a completely different experience. Sure, I had to wait a while, but I'm now 3 Rolexes in.

I'm just in my Rolex phase enjoying my well earned pleasures RN with my meteorite white gold GMT II (I wish it was steel you can hardly tell its white gold I only got it cause I was obsessed with the meteorite dial).
