Your guys need to go all the way down to straight arm on those pull ups. The aren't training in full range of motion and when they go to throw, punch, or push and fully extend their arm they will have a tendency for injury. This is because the muscle hasn't been strengthened in the full ROM.

Is the bench press any benefit for Sprinting ? I do some explosive upper body stuff like Push ups & pull ups instead.
