    kneeling on the bench for shoulder press was interesting. i guess that hits ur core too and u need balance

    As a constructive suggestion from a viewer pov, ever thought about promoting your channel a little more on Elliot's?
    With the upmost respect, I haven't heard of your channel before I typed a specific keyword in UA-cam. I was like "wtf... I didn't k he had a channel?!!!" Then I subscribed haha
    Definitely respect your effort to express your own knowledge + ethic, I'm sure more people wanna see it too.

    Is the bench press any benefit for Sprinting ? I do some explosive upper body stuff like Push ups & pull ups instead.

      +Mikey D Working your upper body will definitely help you sprint faster. It's not as important but don't neglect it.

    Your guys need to go all the way down to straight arm on those pull ups. The aren't training in full range of motion and when they go to throw, punch, or push and fully extend their arm they will have a tendency for injury. This is because the muscle hasn't been strengthened in the full ROM.

      +bubbletea8888 so the exercises that will really make a difference as in making me faster and stronger is squats and lunges for the legs , And then abs workouts for the core and abs and then pushups and weights for arms and upper body ? Weight (Optional) 3 times a week and also going on runs for endurance and sprinting too. I wanna make sure I do the right things to really make a difference

      +DHILLON84 Its a full body conditioning exercise. It'll definitely help condition you for wrestling. Add it to the end of your workouts.
