    This dude is good, kinda makes me wonder if he has a military background the way he instructs, clear and to the point with motivation sprinkled in.

    This stuff works. We did this in track years ago and long distance and sprints felt easy after a few weeks.

    Damn this is as good of a strength + conditioning routine as I've ever seen. Brutal but what great balance of both goals.

      I think he played football in Miami growing up. Accents develop in childhood dependent upon our peers more than our parents. The reason being is we mate with our peers and generally not our parents generation.

    Currently supplement with creatine and for them kids I recommend it . When you only been on this grind for a year or two all the gains come to ur door . After a while you're body adapts and you gotta switch it up. Creatine works wonders cause it allows you to remain hydrated and maintain mass and also strenght through the roof

    • @FlexinGains
      @FlexinGains 8 років тому

      Thomaso C
      that makes no sense for other body functions
      just include creatine if youre new to a program or training split, u can get this from red meats, foods, but not the big buck compare to a supplement not mention this product has bcaas which support lean mass weather u get youre nutrition in or not

    • @FlexinGains
      @FlexinGains 8 років тому

      Thomaso C
      right, but the point of that is to increase lifting which engage more muscle mass.
      bro ive been on this grind for GUESS.
      ive been up n down this path u name it
      pre work out protein bars etc, i rather eat my protein it absorbs efficient, shake is cool cus its convenient
