Don't worry about messy cables under your table. Everyone's house has cables like that. Mine included. For your chair that you don't want to be scratched, get a slice of lemon and wipe the chair with it so your chair will smell like lemon and apparently cat hates the smell. Look on Google what else cat hates the smell of besides lemon and smear them on your sim racing chair or other furnitures in your house.
the single monitor stand is large but from what i understand it works much better than others for ultrawides

I just ordered the GT omega prime lite, but now I'm worried I have to buy twice. I'm currently in CSL DD 8NM but in the future who knows what will be available and I'm not sure If the lite can withstand the torque in a sufficient manner ..
Nice setup. I can't give any suggestions as I'm running out of a shed in my back yard, my wheel is clamped to a wooden chair and I sit in a lawn chair. I would like it if you could elaborate on the integrated monitor mount. Is it just that the top bar is longer than needed, or does it wobble or perform poorly in some other regard too?

Great setup! I have something similar and I hate cables too, so I went with an ultrawide for the sim rig, but am thinking of going for a super ultrawide (maybe a 44” one due to width constraints) but for now I went with a webcam face tracking system and so far so good!
Have you ever considered a super ultrawide or a face tracking system?

Saw your old setup tour yesterday lol. Dreaming to do something similar Work/Gaming/Sim Rig build in a spot in my garage and on the latest video I wondered how viable it would be for triples with the space you have. Now you already answered... I am still with an (almost) 9 yo PC and a G29 on a stand so I want too much at the same time... Wifey only says "You don't even have time to play, why would you consider spending 3.5k?" I think I may have to stick to CarX on mobile lol. (PC doesn't handle sim games properly anymore even for G29 🥲)
I been lookin at a t300 rs gt with tm-lcm pedels and th8a shifter and a tss sparco handbreak but dont know if the setup works on playstation 5 can some one help me 😊

Single monitor is so waste of time. Bc u cant go close enought other cars, bc u dont see them and sense of speed is like u walking not racing. I definately go atleast 27” triples and then its will be perfect rig
Ultra wide is great. Less cables and good visibility. I don't want the hassle.
