I've sporadically hit on your videos several times while scratching my head for audio answers....all appreciated. I've been making a living and paying bills with still photography for several years - started with film in the 80s. That said, video has been a much harder transition over the last two years than I initially anticipated - if I could go back and do it again, I would have placed much more emphasis on learning audio and audio work flows much earlier on in my journey. This free insight you offer is so valuable to lost creators stumbling in the wilderness of you tube. thank you.
Wayne I want to just say! You are an awesome human being and I’m so glad to walk this planet with you. For now it’s me and my closet studio! That that will be just fine. And since the latest video had a definite sound improvement I’ll go with that formula for the time being.
I’ve been talking about my crappy audio and look at this. I wish you could see my smile. It’s me! You’re talking about ME and why did it take me all this time to click on this video! You are the best ever! Now I’m watching. I’ll be back with gratitude.
Currently on the "best mic" section, I wish I seen something like this sooner! About 3 months ago was my first time trying a shotgun mic and not knowing how to use it or knowing anything about mics in general, lets say it was awful and even picked up my husband playing video games 2 rooms away haha. I am thankful for my paranoid self who also used a lav mic "just in case" so I didn't have to re-record the video Edit - just got to the part where you explain about the lav mics, mind blown! So good to know

How timely, I have been looking into upping my audio game. I'm taking your suggestion and will watch it in parts lol. Thanks for creating it!
Now *this* should be a fun experiment seeing how this will perform over time :D
Totally! We'll see how this one does...
