My favorite Chanel collection ever
Next to Galliano's this is absolutely the best show I've ever seen. The set up was splendid. The designs - pure artistry. The music - so techno & exotic. And how about those jewels?! Would of love to of seen more indian models however. At least half of the models should of been actually from India given the theme is Paris - Bombay.

I remember that day when when I watched this collection on NDTV they covered few glimpse of it and I so was stunned that I was unable to sleep that night. All I was doing is thinking about it. I did not had phone or laptop at that time so I was just dreaming about this collection throughout the night. Beauty and excellence at its best.

What impresses me the most is the fact that the decoration and small details are stunning... For example, the fact of the food served around the whole room, as a matter of symbolism of the Indian culture that was held during the ages where enormous palaces were built in India.

I just love how Lagerfeld takes inspiration from so many cultures, I just love how wearable these designs can be, not only in India but practically anywhere in the world. The Chanel take on India's fashion is just STUNNING

Some of it is intemporal, I would wear the menswear in a heartbeat. Of course the styling, the white models with dreads… that’s pretty dated. But the separate elements are undeniably beautiful, intricate and thoughtful

Me ha encantado, me ha dejado en la nubes..... Por DIOS q perfección y sobre todo elegancia totales........ Q buena interpretación de lo etinico indu...... me encanto la sutileza total con la q manejo toda la colección, cada detalle, pieza a pieza..... Me he quedado enamorada de varios diseños........... Seeeee!!!!! Incluso la pasarela, q creatividad q elegancia realmente.... me hubiera gustado estar ahí, aunque sea de mesera jijijiii no no creo. Pero igual me encanto los accesorios, los zapatos , cada prenda, cada color y textura por dios.... DIVINOOOOOOO!

I’ve been struggling with choosing my favorite CHANEL collection starting form 2008... and literally at this very moment even after seeing this collection multiple times, I can confidently say, this is #1... but even now making that statement feels like a crime, because their are so many fantastic and unique and jaw dropping collections Karl has done for CHANEL!

One of my all time favorite shows. I have watched it many times and have shown it to friends. More like this Karl, because frankly, some is your collections are getting a bit boring!!!
