This show changed my life! I decided to move to Paris not long after. It's been 7 years now. Thank you, Karl. You will be forever missed! I would love to have an HQ version of this show. Anyone has it?
May I ask how things have been for you? I also wanted to move to Paris after watching the Dior Couture 2007 show. But instead life pushed me over to Germany 😊
I remember watching this in HS and being in love with the Grandeur of the whole set up and in awe of the great soundtrack. Also love the thumbnail of Ines! 😍 16:56
Everyone down in the comment section has been saying that this show had changed their lives and I'm one too. I vividly remember using my iPad to record the soundtrack for 20 minutes straight cuz 14yr old me didn't know how to download mp3 from UA-cam back then.
This was the first Chanel show I ever saw... I can’t believe that I’m watching it again after Karl Lagerfeld dead.... 19.02.18... Now he’s with Madame making collections in heaven.

The video and music, it’s really quite magnificent. This collection, this energy, this is what made Chanel, this environment of class and the look of the perfected luxury. It’s a testament to design and keeping old concepts alive in new forms. I’ve never wanted so many outfits from a show, wearable for an incredibly vast list of events. It’s brilliant.
The layout and staging are great, but this show is best viewed here on video. Must have been pretty dull to sit there with all the dead space between girls.

It's my goal in life to afford one Chanel outfit, then set goals for more!
