In this episode we're building a backstage maintenance building. This building is located near Summit Runner and connects to the main path network in the park. The building is used by our maintenance folks as a storage location for various props and decorations. This warehouse houses the decorations for the holidays such as Christmas and Halloween.
This will be the first of a couple maintenance areas around the park. This one is ideal for storage because of where it is located. The building is also mostly hidden from plain view when we look from the guest level. This building is landlocked into the park making external deliveries impossible. The next backstage building we create will connect via road to outside of the park.

Planet Coaster is a theme park tycoon game similar to Rollercoaster Tycoon.

I love the role play aspect of it. It’s fun when it has life in it. This build has to be one of my favorites
A great fit for the park is a hibrid coaster next to a lake. The reflection of the coaster in the lake would look buetiful! A good name for it could be “Silver Cyclone”. It would be so cool if you could do that!
Thanks for all the awesome vids!
Hersheypark has been building their new entrance, and in the construction area, they have one of the old Hersheypark Signs just laying there, very similarly to how you have your pile.
Very 5 stars. Much realistic.
I know when I used to work for Cedar Fair, our furthest maintenance shed was carpentry and paint shop, along with a boneyard of old rides and vehicles.
Some Sort of maintenance siding for the train would look good next to or even inside the maintenance yard. Nothing crazy just one or two dead end tracks to store extra cars and a passing siding to refuel and water the trains (Cedar Point uses coal still but other parks use propane or fuel oil)
Blackpool pleasure beach's maintenance shed is under an old racing woodie named grand national so it is in full veiw of guests!
Usely they use these to work and fix ride vehicles, they can also put track there for new rides. More stuff can also be stored there.
Best Planet Coaster series of all time
You should build a maintenance shed that has coaster track in it also great video! LOL
Always excited to see this series 😁🎢
Put a small police station for the park security
Cedar flags #1 better than family
Very cool, but just gonna say all the stored stuff should be on a pallet, I have worked in storage and everything is always on a pallet for ease of transfer
You should watch the latest episode of Planet Brocoaster to get some inspiration
Tbh this warehouse isn't that realistiq but it's very cool. Irl i worl at a amusement park and the warehouse is pretty clean. But your warehouse is very very nice tho
I have a solution to the transfer track problem. Instead of building a new coaster, make the transfer track out of the actual Summit Runner coaster. Planet Coaster doesn’t require all pieces of the track to be used in the completed circuit. Hope this makes sense. Lol
I didn't know that you can do this!
I can't wait until 2025 when we get this park done lol
