We're back in Cedar Flags to build a station around our B&M inspired inverted coaster. We're taking inspiration for the station building from the old, turn of the century factory buildings.
This is the largest ride related building in the park. We needed to be careful to not overbuild this structure. We wanted the coaster to continue to be the focal point visually. The station building enhances the guest's ride experience.
We still have plenty of work to do around the ride. We need to build custom ride supports, plant foliage, and add to the factory theming wherever we can.

Planet Coaster is a theme park tycoon game similar to Rollercoaster Tycoon.

You could name the coaster something like Cedar Steel Works, then have Steel scratched out, or boarded over with Scream, so it reads Cedar Scream Works.
Name the coaster industry rush
Thats an impressively good name
Finally! I've been waiting for another episode. I wish I could watch your stream but I'm from Asia. Cedar Peaks could be a good name for an observation tower. Or a high coaster
Transfer tracks for inverts are exactly like that but non inverted coasters typically don't have track where the trains are stored
The proper people would love this!!!
Maybe call the coaster ‘The Anvil’ or ‘Industrial Revolution’?
I think you should move the water tower under the cobra roll and use it as the entrance sign. It may be a little too tall but I think it will look good
I'm abit late but I'm loving this series!! And can't wait for planet zoo!! Also it would look good if you put a smoke effect in one of the chimneys to make look like it's still running.
You know what would be a good addition to your park? A in-park resort, like what most amusement parks in USA are like. I think that would be a good addition to Cedar Flags.
hmmm.. Maybe a Industrial style Resort
While that station/factory is beautiful work, it commits the biggest cardinal sin of theme park design -- it does not look fun! Perhaps you can somehow incorporate comedy, color and movement to create a theme park version of a factory in place of a real life factory? Bright trim? Super fun and prominent logo? Animatronic comedic accidents? Colorful graffiti that helps to tell a story? Sound effects? It's a fine line to walk with not going to far and creating a dumpster fire, but take it from really good to amazing with some kind of theme park flair. Good video as always! Enjoy your commentary and watching you work.
I love them
Great build like always :)
Love the Factory, looks amazing and the transfer track is very good.
Yay I love this series, also new into music 🔥
Cities Skylines hype! Glad you took a break, everyone needs one now and then. Glad to see ya back, this station looks great!
Very nice
I mentioned in the last episode Canary, because they were birds that you find in mines, and the car ride for some reason is themed to oil so it makes sense. I also had the idea that the invert was the next coaster after Summit Runner, but 15 years before Gravity Mod
Suggestion:
Vacuum - since there are many twists and turns as what I can see in your coaster, I think it matches the way it happens inside the vacuum. And the "V" in front of the Vacuum can be inverted when the logo is made and be inspired by the V Roll or what ever you call that hill kinda track on the top of the station, in fact that is like the trademark of the coaster. And being inverted do really reflect on the kind of the coaster. Vacuum is also kinda industrial and the color of the coaster really matches it.
Awesome video by the way, since it is Orange and Grey, I think what matches here is a Modern Industrial feel. Keep it up! I know the name is super simple and it is just one word, but it do reflects a lot to the element of the coaster. A simple name but a great impact.
The queue isn't long enough when compared to your other coasters/rapids/rides.
The bricked up windows thing could be due to a window tax that was introduced for a while in the UK. Lots of older buildings here have bricked up windows as they had tax imposed which meant you had to pay more to have more windows.
there's finally a new video
My name is Cedar Ironworks or the Steel Mill. Both work well if you plan on using lava since molten metal looks like lava. You could have outdoor slag pits or something.
you should change the name to cedar's water factory
More foliage around coaster
Jesus Christ be praised, he is alive. Missed you man, and it's good to have you back
I looked for a new video about 5 minutes before it came out. xD
add a another one
For the life of me I can’t figure out to select multiple items of scenery or buildings! How do I do that?
Jonathan Haueter you use the small button next to the terrain button on the bottom right. From there you should be able to figure it out.
@@tgirard1995 doesn't work
@@jonathanhaueter2480 you click on the little button next to the terrain button and you hold and drag your mouse over the items you want to select. From there a little window pops up that shows you what kind of items you selected. The window will give you options to either move, copy, or delete the items.
@@tgirard1995 not what I am looking to do. turns out I have to hold the shift key and click on the items
