I still miss my storm grenades. The roaming storm cloud was so cool. I hate how bad it got nerfed.

A lot of people thought the nerfs to HOIL destroyed it, but in reality all that was affected was the time you had to make use of the buffs amd a reduction in class ability regain amount. Since thruster is so low a cooldown the class ability chamge really doesn't matter and the other thing just cuts the time you have to use the buffs down. It is entirely still usable and in fsct very good as your build shows. A lot of people hear nerfs then just assume it's dead without actually checking it out.....great build as always.
Agreed, the build is still strong, not as good as pre-nerf but still has great uptime on the grenade
And I mean let's be real, as someone who enjoyed the power fantasy while it lasted I think everyone who ever used it knew it was going to get a nerf. It was insanely strong. Now it's still quite powerful and comfortable to use, but more reasonable.

Threw you a sub and a like. This is almost the exact build I currently use for an arc based titan for pve. I pulse nade/dragons breath overload champions until they be dead af.... poorly coded jerks they is.

they really need to give arc more intrinsic healing, its really underwhelming in endgame pve content when void has overshield, solar has restoration, strand has woven mail, and stasis has resists
True. Also, they're about to buff the end-game damage resist with frost armor or whatever they were talking about for Stasis come TFS, I feel that
Good build but it still doesn’t really fix the fact that Arc survivability is nearly nonexistent. Arc and sometimes Stasis just struggle in endgame because they don’t have any good sustain in their kit. Stasis can get away with it at least but I find Arc just suffers, every time I run Arc titan I find myself dying too often in high end content, especially during boss encounters. I think ionic traces need to heal you or something.
Agreed and when stasis eventually gets it's defense verb for frost armor in tail end of final shape arcs going to be sitting by the wayside unfortunately
I have a love/hate relationship with that melee. I love the raw damage but I absolutely hate the immobility and delayed animation. It doesn't fit arc. Arc is fast on all classes and this just interrupts the flow. At least the arc warlock rift is aoe dmg over time with Vesper of Radius, which fits perfectly in my grenade + witherhoard + rift crowd control loop. I'm probably gonna go with a different build. On my titan, I've got stasis, strand and solar on point but arc and void... dunno, I can't seem to find a build that I like.
When the twab first described the additions I thought it'd be a doomfist esque punch, a charge and then fast forward lunge. Like a grounded tcrash. Kinda wish that was how it functioned, although that ofc doesn't address the fact it halts your movement
I do feel like it might not fit as well with arc due to it's slow charge but I don't always max charge, was using it during today's pantheon and it performed well enough to help kill servitors. It's definitely got room for a rework in the future though.

When would I use the subjunctive loadout?
I like it for close up dungeon bosses, Gahlran, 1st boss WR, most encounters where you're just clearing adds/doing mechanics like in most Vow encounters, Deep Stone encounters. Cross just threw up a video about it being super underrated and I have to say I agree, at least for now, with the Origin Traits Artifact Mod

Means he probably has artifice armor. This is obtained in master dungeons (maybe raids, I forgot) or competitive crucible.
Yes, competitive crucible can now drop artifice armor. I've earned most of the artifice armor from either master duality dungeon or grasp of avarice master dungeon.
is there any weapon other than indebted kindness I could use for the first loadout? I dont havea dungeon key and get it rn
If you're not worried about barrier champions then maybe a fusion rifle, gl, or sniper, but if you're trying to have both overload and barrier you'd be forced into a double primary loadout. You might want to instead try out the Forerunner loadout as Forerunner is free to play, then you have arc orverload rocket or pulse/auto for your energy weapon
