Thank you 😊 yes, it should be done in layers. You cannot pour too much resin at once because you'll get a flash cure or sudden curing of resin and it will ruin your flowers. Happy crafting and happy to share 😊

Thanks for showing the step by step of this process. Do you use a color preservative on the flowers once they are dry before adding them to resin? I'm always scared that the color of the flowers will fade.

If you will dry your flowers using silica sand, the colors will not fade

If I put all the resin in one pour, it will flash cure. It will boil like crazy and harden in seconds and the flowers will burn and the resin will be very very cloudy.

You can use any ratio. It depends on your resin brand actually. Follow what's written in your resin label
