it reminded me my childhood in Karachi when I was in class 2, we were in Korrangi No2 and been to curfew for many days and as kid I was so frightened of siren sounds, fear all over. Eventually We had to leave Karachi and moved to Punjab forever though my dad kept working in Karachi for another 20years but as family we never went back.
my father used to tell me about this city what all was done with him . i used to say all cities have small streets crime but now after watching the reality innocent people cant live here they would be killed or other crimes can be done by the gang wars with them .i still live in karachi i know we still have lots of gang war in karachi i have thought i have to leave this as soon as possible

I born in karachi . My fore fathers frm north . Now i m abroad i m 38 now . I was in my beloved sweet heart city frm my birth till 2016 . I was therr in 90s n aftr that witness of all accounts . Agencies . Parties are responsible. Lack of mgmt inconsistencyvin policies are the results of today situation letme tell yu 80s 90s 2000s era was horryfieng as comparing today . Today police rangers dun wana do any thing. Street crime canbe control in 1 month just. My heart always beats with karachi. But the who ve power i pray n wantvthem to realise n take some seroius steps

I wonder you did not mention OLD GOLIMAR, even in 2023 gangwar is more active here than Lyari. Drug cartels are very much in power here although Rangers wing and police station is few meters away. In present time it is the epicenter of crime but nobody has the guts to discuss about this area. I would be more than happy if Raftar and its team will do some research about this area.

The most disturbing fact is that the youth of Karachi, who didn't even witness the rule of Altaf Hussain, take pride in addressing him as 'bhai' or 'Altaf bhai' at gatherings. They still believe that Altaf was a great leader of Karachi. Teens continue to follow his speeches but can't seem to understand that his pleasant words can never overwrite his reign of bloodshed and the brutal reality of his rule. Our establishment has always introduced and supported these conspiracies, whose sole objective was to divide the vote and mandate of Karachi and prevent them from developing under their own genuine leadership. It's appreciable that people now understand the real culprits behind these mishaps; let's hope they support the real Karachiites.

You can't defeat them and when you try they will come for you to the result of getting you killed with help of waderas and such. My entire family, we have never supported ppp and people are actually not happy with them either but the top ones who control system have given them power to basically destroy Sindh. And there are so many reasons behind that. But for the people you can't judge the whole community on the basis of some illterates.
