- As a highly sensitive person (HSP), I know the world can sometimes feel overwhelming.
We process emotions deeply, pick up on subtle cues, and often crave a sense of calm.
But the good news is that there are ways to navigate the world and create a nourishing and fulfilling life.
Today, I want to share some habits that have helped me embrace slow living as an HSP.
What's your favorite part about slow living? Let me know in the comments :)

Hi everyone! Thanks for watching!

@@HerNewHabits slowing down has been more challenging than I expected. I know that I am an HSP, but feel that I often rush in order to avoid uncomfortable feelings. I am trying to intentionally slow down in all aspects of my life. It is difficult at times, but I feel so much better and actually enjoy more aspects of life❤️
Living close to hearing the waves is a dream, walking in the sand is very relaxing! Great sharing! 💕
Looking at the water is one of my favorite things to do. Thanks for watching!

Dear Sister Nury,
I like the alone time.
Alone time is crucial for mental and emotional well-being. It allows us to relax, recharge, and reflect on our thoughts and feelings without the distractions of others. This can help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and improve creativity. Alone time also provides an opportunity for self-care and personal growth.
Thank you for sharing your life with us-greetings from Finland.
🥰
Yes! Scheduling alone time every week is so important! Thanks for watching Hance!
I have always wanted to ask but how do we know that we are a highly sensitive person? Maybe I am because I feel everything so deeply, way more than others but people just say “oh you’re so sensitive” but am I a highly sensitive person as well? 🫣
The sound and sight of the waves are so soothing❤ I often love going to the beach to just unwind and leave my worries there. I always feel like the ocean makes my heart and soul feel so much lighter.🫶🏼
