Hi Alexandru, When using a third party "Supported" Lens on the DJI 4D-8K, e.g the Sony FE 50mm F1.2 GM is it possible to also attach a Lens Hood or Matt-Box? Basically, will the Camera's Stabilization still work? Thanks in advance for your reply.
@@AlexDon I wish there were a solution to this problem... I'm sure other filmmakers will also want to use longer lenses with hoods and mattboxes - which will surely obstruct the Lidar. Perhaps, if DJI asks you for feedback, you could suggest that they work on this problem. Also, there is the issue of ProRes RAW - which can't be Read into DaVinci Resolve, and the limitation that ProRes RAW can't be written to CFast Express B cards, even though the latest cards are more than capable of "sustained" writing at the required speed. If you have a contact with DJI, it would be great if you could convey these issues to them too. Thanks much and best of luck.
Thank you Bryan, I think you get this feeling because of the lenses and also because I don't have that much experience grading the Ronin 4D as I have with the Fx3, but I totally get what you mean, I feel the same way.
@@AlexDon I think you’re absolutely right. Good glass and grading makes all the difference. I’m curious as to your opinion between the fx9 image and the fx6/fx3. If you had to pick one, which do you prefer?
What breed of dog is that?
it's a German Spitz
Fortunately, nothing happened to you and you arrived home well. I can imagine that it was very scary at the time. I would have that too
Yo!!! Great footage Alex!! Thank God y'all made it out of that scary situation

Yes yes, but a big matte box would impair lidar system functions.

Happy New Year Brother!
I think youre very talented but something about the ronin 4d image is uninspiring to me. It feels sterile and digital. Do you know what I mean?
