Franco, thanks for these videos. Like you I been using Fusion 360 for a year or so and have had acceptable results. However, I had some misunderstandings (or no understanding) of certain things and why they worked. Your videos have helped me “link/assemble” my different components of knowledge together. I’m actually using Fusion 360 to design my own CNC mill and your videos are helping me do that more effectively. Additionally you are helping me think about and learn how to move into CAM when I complete the build of the mill and start using it. Thanks again, you actually have a good teaching style.
Appreciate the series, I've been a SolidWorks user for years and its great for design but from what I can tell F360 cam blows CamWorks out of the water. Curious where you found cad files for the 4" Kurt? Cheers!
Hi. SW is an awesome design package. F360 is steadily improving in design and continues to be a contender with SW. Regarding CAM, F360 is on track to become #1 in the world and the next 12 to 18 months should bring lots on new features. I'll find a way to share the vise file later today and let you know.

In Fusion 360, there are lots of free work holding models included. Look in CAM Samples - Work holding.
I want to design a cylinder head, is this the correct software to learn for this application?
Yes. It will work well for that application.
