Fated Kingdom is a digital board game for 4 people set in a dark fantasy that puts a player in the tabletop sandbox. To survive in a grim world and save the kingdom of Kinmar, party members have to throw dices, draw cards from the decks and move the character tokens on the board.

The game looks like it could be released as a mod for Tabletop Simulator. I haven't seen much from this game as there is no gameplay video uploaded yet, but if this doesn't have an AI to make solo play a decent experience, I don't see why someone would guy this instead of Talisman.
Talisman is an adaptation, all actions take place in accordance with the game code, gameplay is hard-scripted. Fated Kingdom works on a completely different principle, so your comparison does not make sense.
