I like this technique. I am going to replace the urge thought with "I want a sip of water", or change where I am sitting, or go for a small walk, or play with the cat. I have been doing the replacement method on my own, I think for the past three days but this clarifies it better. Thank you! BTW My house is getting cleaner and happier each and every day without me smoking. I am more energized and constantly doing something different. I am now 3+ days smoke free.

I want freedom...this motivation works I literally quit smoking becoz of this U just need motivation and usefullness of any activity Still cravings doesn't go ...make sure u had a cig and a lighter in your pocket...if you can control u can ... truly it's hard but not impossible
I quit vaping about 5 weeks ago. I vaped for about 10 years after smoking for almost 35 years. The weird thing is, I'm craving cigarettes, not vaping. I vaped at a very low nicotine level, but the chemicals started changing the way my GI tract felt. I always felt like I need to go to the bathroom. Docs gave me every test and couldn't find anything wrong with me. So, I figured it was the chemicals in the vape juice. After I quit, things turned around almost immediately. But now, I have these cigarette cravings. That's why I'm here. So far, I'm liking the techniques! Thanks for doing this!
Stop debating I want a sigarette, no I don't, yes I will no I don't. Think yes I want a sigarette but do I want the others that go with it and do I want the problems that go with it? Hello and thank you very much for your videos, they are the only ones which somehow "clicked" for me and now I was able to start my smoke-free journey. Just wanted to tell you that some of us after 21 years of smoking may have brain changes in the reward system that can be overcome by the right thinking, but this is difficult if cravings are strong and life stressful. For me what worked at the same time as your videos was to supplement vitamin C, D3, NADH and especially taking NAC and Cytisine, which literally killed my cravings. NAC alters brain glutamate transporters, reverts brain changes caused by addiction and Cytisine binds to Nicotinic receptors blocking nicotine while releasing some dopamine. This methodic approach was the only way for me to quit smoking, thanks for your support on the mindset department too which was the catalyst.
I am quitting today. Notice I didn't say "trying" to quit, I am quitting today. The love of my life wants me to quit and that's all the inspiration I need ❤️
