I bought my first piccolo a few years ago, but since then I have learned A LOT about them. I did a trial through the Flute Center of New York which was great. I ended up purchasing a Haynes Amadeus which I'm really happy with. I will admit that within a year however, I wanted a better head joint so I did a trial of heads from Keefe and bought one of their Traditional cut heads. This is a great combination for me. If I had unlimited funds for a piccolo, my dream instrument would either be a Keefe or an Anton Braun.

Sounds like a great set up- Haynes with Keefe hj. 👍 I also have a traditional cut hj on my piccolo.
