The falcon’s nest is on the rooftop, which is common for urban falcons.

When he hatches the chicks, will they fall down? We urgently need to build a nest!

Read up on peregrine falcons. "scrape"

Peregrine falcons commonly nest atop buildings or mountains. Their nests are called “scrapes”, as mentioned, and function safely for the chicks. Between the indentations in the scrapes and the chicks’ natural survival instincts, they typically develop safely until they are ready to fledge. That is not to say their isn’t the occasional unintended fledge or fall.

Most is just the wind. You can hear the train horns and he helicopter. But tat constant noise is just the wind on the microphone.
