For those wondering or interested, I plan to go back and visit once the memorial is completed. I’m going to call the cemetery and see if they know of any type of ETA on completion. Once I know, I will plan another drive up there to make a follow up video for you all.

My husband passed from Stomach Cancer and every time I saw pictures of Toby it was like reliving my husband’s fight, the weight loss, how he moved and sat talking with his leg crossed and his arms folded. I guess I knew from the beginning that he wasn’t going to beat it. RIP TOBY 🙏🙏😢😢
Treatment can take you out before cancer. I have seen more people pass after a week of chemo, and radiation. It’s just wrong.

For those doubting this being his burial spot..before I would make and post this publicly, I would of course confirm this information. With that said, I did speak to TWO different cemetery staff workers that confirmed Toby was indeed at that spot and that his memorial is still a work in progress. It will look like the gates of his home in Norman, shown at the end of this video. You can actually see that with what’s already built.
They also confirmed his father is buried there too, I just didn’t find his grave as I was pressed for time and didn’t walk around enough to seek it out.

Hey Adam, for awhile I read that Toby would be buried on his property but yesterday I read on find-a-grave that he's at Sunset near his dad, just like what you've posted here. And even before that I read he was going to be buried in a cemetary up in OKC. Thanks for your video!

I hate these videos that lie to people. Yes, Toby Keith was buried on his ranch. His funeral was a private affair. This video is nothing but lies. Someone trying to cash in on Toby Keith's notoriety.
We own plots at the same cemetary and was told a couple years ago, by cemetary staff, that Toby Keith was funding the development of a new section at the cemetary.
Was there a few weeks ago decorating family graves and noticed this fresh grave site and highly suspect it is Toby's.
According to his widow he isn’t buried there. He will be buried in a private family cemetery near his home for privacy and protection

I wish I could visit his grave. I'm tearing up again. He is so missed.
He never called his home a mansion. He always refered to it as his Ranch. He had several hundred horses at his thoroughbred racing stables on the ranch. He was racing, buying,breeding n selling thoroughbred horses. He started buying horses in late1990s n then started breeding. He also was a Breeders Cup Ambassador. He went to as many horse races he could. Toby said" Music is something that can last longer than a sports career if you can stay successful, but if a guy decidesto hang it up he really has to find something else that thrills him. And the horse racing business has always thrilled me that much"

Strange his family does not have his resting place completed. I suppose they will someday get it done. Burying him on his ranch dies not really make since if the family wanted to sell it he would have to be moved. RIP Toby.

While news reports have circulated that he was buried at Rose Hill Burial Park in Oklahoma City, his widow has confirmed that he will not be buried in a public cemetery but instead will be buried privately in a family cemetery near his residence for privacy and protection.

@@roberthaizlip4057 I never said they weren’t rich enough to bury him privately. But Elvis Presley was originally buried in a public cemetery and so was Ronnie Van Zant from Lynyrd Skynyrd. Both had to be relocated due to threats that vandals presented and tried to get away with at each gravesite. Ronnie had to be moved more than once. But both the Presley‘s and Ronnie’s family were both plenty rich enough to bury them in private originally as well.

There was never an issue for Toby. It was decided long ago where he'd be buried and there was never a legitimate source to say he was going to any commercial cemetery.
Now how do you know thats his finaly resting place??? I think some people just film any unmarked grave, get back with us when there is his name on the stones.
The grave care takers there confirmed that was his grave after I found it listed on FindAGrave. com. His father, Hubert Covel Jr, is also buried there. His memorial is incomplete and is still under construction. When completed, it is to look just like the “Dream Walkin” gates at his home. You can tell that’s what they’re doing by the columns in the ground already.

I’m going to miss Toby Keith forever because I know how his family feels because I lost my mom of stomach cancer too and it hurt me a lot and my mom was there when I have open heart surgery when I was 8mos old and she miss her alot
Toby was one of those singers that I grew up with since I was 10. I am now 33 and he sadly died during my birth month in February.

I will miss Toby’s talent and will always respect him and what he stood for, but I just don’t understand why people spend so much money on grave /marker. They’re not there, it doesn’t matter. It’s not just this grave.

You need a GPS device in order to put down the GOS Coordinates of where his grave is at. I have learned that from other people on UA-cam such as Steve Stuart of the Graveyard Channel who lives out of Palm Springs, California, Scott on Tape, and a Diamond Dave out of Las Vegas.
