Jesus referred to this concept when he said in the bible, "Why do you call me good? There is none good but one, that is, God". In christian terms the state of transcendence you're referring to would be called surrendering to God and letting him work through you. This is how you free yourself from the wheel, not by being a "good person", but by living in surrender to God. This works especially well for freeing yourself from addiction and the underlying conditions of mental illness I might add.

Not trying to be an asshole here (serious question) but i holy agree with your words but i can't see the connection to surrendering (to god). I freed myself from addictions without any form of surrendering to anything or anyone. Im also not trying to deny this surrendering works well for some but i fail to see the holy (whole) truth behind it. Help is welcome for more and better understanding of the words.

@@Chrisbi-Wan The addiction(s) stopped having any purpose to me/ the insight that these addictions are destructive and not helping anybody except for the dealers as well as the insight that actual health (body and mind) was still very possible in my case. Also, its part of my bigger goal of learning to being/living as naturally as possible. Seeing (and feeling) the connections between these addictions and some minor health problems occurring was the most decisive factor/motivator. In a way it was natural law (also named God's law) kicking my behind into living much healthier. It wasn't easy at all but it also was not as hard as i expected.

There are priests in Orthodox Christianity who are aware of all this. But unfortunately, you will never see them in top of the church. They are usually monks. Or if they are priests, meaning among people, they are very old and from very poor areas. Who have a lot of experience and seen a lot of sufferings. Who builded up their wisdom, over the course of their life. Even for them it is hard to communicate with the rest, it takes a lot of time for ordinary people to understand the teachings. And countless examples and interpretations for those who listen to them, for that revelation to sink in. But that is how it is with humans, what ever they try to learn. If they try at all. Some get it faster, some get it slower. One way or another, one must push a side his own Ego. Because it is temporal thing, and as such it is difference between temporal and eternal. And further we go, the more vague and abstract it gets. Which on other hand can be abused, misinterpreted and received in a wrong way. True experts are very rare. Most people do not even recognize them, therefore appreciate them. And for many they are even an enemy. There are many reasons for that, one of them is ignorance and out of it lack of courage to be honest about evil aspects, that often terrify people. Who are in a way innocent and without experience, who find it difficult to digest even just the story of it. They react more or less out of unconscious and even physical rejection. Such as vomiting when they experience something terrible for the first time. Denial is the first psychological defense mechanism, which also can be abused, like everything else. Which has been abused the most by those who do evil, who have become numb to it, but still have the need to defend their physical being, their Ego.
All those who attack you in comments Ken, without any explanations, are mostly immature. That doesn`t mean they are all children. I have seen a lot of grown ups and old people who are mentally immature, or limited. They make that choice themselves, to stay that way their entire lives. We often forget how many people refuse to think, about anything, in any profound manner. It is a defense mechanism which defends them, but at the same time makes them limited. They spend their entire life desiring wisdom and understanding, but never truly choose it. Therefore we only get very small and rare number of truly wise experts, who are with true goodness in side of them. Those who have seen and experienced a lot of suffering and remind sane are rare. And you will never see them among rich. What most people do not understand the reasons for. Even though they see the patterns. Just as they can not see the God. Even if his subtle ways are all around them. Even in the Bible they only speak about special and drastic examples, which they would not even recognize as such, if they were at the scene of the events described. Look at the life of Jesus, even he had to perform miracles to draw their attention. And they are no better, than they have always been. All the so called human progress is done by very few rare individuals. The rest is just intelligent and aware enough, to memorize and repeat. Many not even that much. But almost all of them, likes to adorn themselves with that as their own achievements. Although we are all aware, that this is not the case. The best proof is in the fact that we are aware, that if a global disaster were to happen to us, we would very quickly return to the cave age.
I made this comment already to long. So i will not go in to the aspects of abuse of a cloak of goodness, that those who pretend like to wear.
Just keep in mind, believe it or not.

Love this video. This perhaps is the most important discussion we should be having on a regular basis to actually understand and realize this wisdom. Like how does one engage with their wisdom or self~proximity to be in alignment with natural order and be the spring of
Interesting questions arise as well. Like what does a life look like when it is not participating in the dance between good and evil but focused on self-proximity ? Is it living in a cave being as far as away possible from the dance ?
Or how can one enjoy life without getting caught up in the dance.. I’ve got a few ideas for this but not sure if it is true.
Even though few in numbers I believe more people would be interested in this discussion and mode of living than in recent years, time, and ages.. and maybe we should invest more time and dive deeper in a more private setting, still online but less public and on a platform where conversations can be had more easily.
I’ve got other maybe interesting questions but this is not really the place to ask them.

Getting caught in duality or good and evil is hell because reality is actually non-dual or not two. So essentially we are one infinite consciousness, however if you are stuck in duality you will continue to fight yourself because there is only one being playing all the parts . Know thyself 👁️

Ken. I am a Christian and love listening to your videos. Weighting works good and bad is crazy. When you are truly filled with the divine, good just emanates from you without a care of some universal balance. Doing good to impress or have a heavenly bank account is fruitless.
For those convinced that it's good deeds that matter, consider this. The word 'sin' means missing the mark. So, what's the mark? The center of the hyperboloid/hourglass, i.e. rest, i.e. divinity. When doing deeds, one is not at rest, thus one is missing the mark. Don't fret, though. Doing happens without a doer. When the wisdom of self-proximity is realized, modulation ceases for the self-proximate 'being' who becomes dispassionate (vairagya) regarding the dualistic ends of good and evil. That's why eating the fruit of the tree of good and evil is depicted as being decidedly unwise.
U can be very wise and also dedicate ur life to do good of course. And the monkey human might easy forget or not care about the evil in this life. but when ur dead and realize what u really have done u have no choice but to judge one self and feel that pain.

Like, in one of them we are told not to honour any of the chessboard colours, but to find our own way. In other words, if you want to eat meat and everyone around you is a vegan, then just eat meat and disregard all the followers of veganism. Or vice versa, if you want to be a vegan, go ahead, and disregard the meat eaters. Simple metaphor.
Yea, I've been noticing that hole in my inner visions ceiling. Every time I see that little hole open up and I feel that awesome liberating, joyful feeling that comes through it TO me, I am so amazed. I begin to look for that hole in the ceiling in my daily life. The bigger I can get it, the sooner I can leave this place of delusions.

Not in the sense of relative participation but given that would you say it's fair to call the Divine the Good in an Absolute sense?
Karma exists and the signs are right in front of us. Humans need clear consciousness to understand the social interactions of signs, euphemisms, symbology, cosmology, and numerology to have any hope to absorb wisdom.

I also had food poisoning, in Texoma, Denison Tx took 10 days felt like the flu, Lysteria . I had it before from food recall twice notified after i got it. They said they would give my money back.🥴
Someone recently posted a remedy for food poisoning. Buy canned pairs and drink the juice. I haven't tried it but I am going to buy a can to have on hand in case it helps should I ever suffer from food poisoning, which I suffered through once.

I've been trying to get my relatives to understand that God is the creator of what appears to be good and evil to us.
They are struggling with it.
I tell them if they only worship good as God then they must admit there are two Gods.

I do not praise the people who do good deeds. Because everything those people do is blind. So their every act is wrong. Their good intention means nothing. Their good intention compensates their guilt for acting blind. It is their get out of jail free card for being heinous and offensive. Who are they to play god? An ego? They make ideologies of hallucination. They say their hallucinations are life. They mean the thinker is the thought. The thinker being another thought and the thought being not them scares them most. They might as well say they’re god. That is all they say.
