Habits that have improved my life immensely lately:
    - Asking myself what makes me truly fulfilled and do more of that.
    - Reading/listening to inspiring and educational books.
    - Be clear on my goals and take consistent steps to get there.
    - Decluttering the home regularly and keeping it clean.
    - Value rest and restoration as much as productivity.
    - Gratitude.
    - Give others compliments and strengthen my relationships.

I love this video! I even took notes, you're my second university lol. Thank you for your amazing content :)
I was hoping if you could do a video like "What I wish I knew at 20" or "What I wish I knew when I was younger" type of video. I know this video is fairly similar and you have many videos like this, but maybe sharing semi-personal stories/mistakes/succes will help understanding your life advice!
Also, I love how articulate and eloquent you are, you have a way with words!

Something , to add up is that it is very good to do a self-reflection but also getting counsel from experts or reading books to learn from others' experiences and insights do help a lot in broadening your perspective and becoming more aware of what you choose ... Perhaps , Sitting in stillness helps a lot get both intuitive and rational insights...

    Amazing video!
    - I would love to journal more (on a regular basis)
    - Prioritise exercise at least 3 days a week plus stretch the first thing in the morning (everyday)
    - reach out to family I haven’t spoken to in a while and reconnect
    - slow down !! Stop multitasking so much and taking the time to pause and take moments in.
    - stop dreaming and start making proper achievable goals I can tick off the list.
These are just some of mine so far :-) thanks for the inspiration ❤️

I love this! I deleted social media a month ago and I'm much more peaceful and in touch with my emotional state, which was really the main reason I did it. I stopped watching the news a year ago, I haven't watched TV in years and I stay away from gossip and negative conversations. My mental health is one of the most valuable areas of my life, and I protect it at all costs.
One thing that I do is that I interrupt people and I can't really understand why. Even as I watched this video I started thinking about what I want to comment and zoned out of listening for a minute. It's something I really have to work on, not to talk just to reply but to actually listen to the other person.

Thank you for making this video Tatiana! The habit that has improved my life is saying hello to strangers! You proved that saying hello to strangers is a good thing, it's not as bad as people think! I enjoy taking the liberty to greet strangers and smiling at them as I say hello, especially at work, and as a student at a dojo I train at! I train at Tiger Schulmanns which is a mixed martial arts organization! I wear a uniform at Tiger Schulmanns so people can see that I'm a part of Tiger Schulmanns and I believe it's an optimal way of representing the organization you are a part of! I work at TJMAXX, and I greet people in front of the store whenever we do donations. The customers enjoy my positive vibes! My managers enjoy my efforts in spreading positivety! I appreciate this content Tatiana!

I think an important one to add to all of these great habits you've talked about is to do some physical activity whatever it might be. I love running, working out, yoga. And someone would think it's tiring and requires a lot of energy, but the truth is it is actually the opposite! It's amazing how great you feel after and how much more energy you receive!!! :)

What I am going to do is reduce the usage of social media to only a small amount of time each day, go through my belonging and only keep absolute essentials (painful but necessary), work on REALLY being present and connected to God during daily prayer, and read daily even if it’s just one page. I have already forgiven everyone who had harmed me, I am just trying to keep them from continuing to harm me. I already stopped buying Starbucks, and started eating dinner at the table. I show kindness and greet people daily. You always know exactly what to say Tatiana!! You are a huge value and joy in my life, thank you so much for everything! I have been working to get out of a bad situation for years and you have been one thing that has helped me to not lose hope!!!

      @@TatianaJames Hey Tatiana,
I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for your reply and your kind words.
I would like to ask you what’s the biggest difference between ASM and MPSH? The price of course but I mean in terms of resources.
I’ve watched each webinar. I’m willing to get into this business but I can’t decide which one of them is the right fit for me. Both programs are very valuable.
It seems like MPSH is a shrink version of ASM with less constraints about the product shipment, suppliers…etc. ASM seems to be more complete. Am I right?
Please, I would like to have your opinion about it.
      Thank you.
      Stay blessed.

Thank you so much for this video, Tatiana! I watched it and paused it right before you started your list because I wanted to come up with my list first without being influenced by your list (wanted to be true to myself). Here's what I came up with below and then I watched the rest of your video and incorporated items that you mentioned that resonated with me and it was neat to see how our lists overlapped as well. As background, I have been unemployed due to COVID since June and have been feeling very directionless, stagnant, without a routine, etc. I actually miss getting up and having a job to go to or having somewhere to be. It's hard to go from 25 years as an executive assistant working M-F 8-5 to sitting at home trying to figure out how not to be an assistant anymore and how to create my own wealth.
    1. Become part of a church community for fellowship.
    2. Come up with an eating plan that I can stick to EVEN IF my weight loss is slower. Progress is better than stagnation.
    3. Get out more - walk at a park, walk at the mall, drive somewhere scenic.
    4. Get back on a schedule and routine. 5. Give away anything that I don’t need or want that won’t bring in more than $5.00 profit to sell. [Unemployment ends in June]
    6. Get my home in order. A place for everything. 7. Learn something new that I have been wanting to learn but put off. Something I really want to learn and stick with longterm.
    8. Clear out my closet and only keep and wear what I really love. Use my good jewelry. 9. Focus on Blingety [my business that I'm working on launching] without new creations until the original ones are up and running. Keep new creation ideas in a document for later use.
Stop with the shiny object syndrome. 10. Organize my travel supplies, make packing lists. Keep the essentials in my suitcase ready to go.
    11. Update my vision boards and look at them daily in the mornings for 10 minutes.
    12. Scout out coffee shops to hang out in and start hanging out.
Have somewhere to go in the mornings instead of just sitting at home or going to mothers. 13. Get rid of negative items that remind me of things of the past that I don’t want holding me back (décor, clothes, pictures, etc.) 14. Learn to do one thing at a time instead of always being distracted by other things i.e. checking social while watching videos.
    15. Read daily.

Things that Tatiana said that I would like to adopt.
    16. Volunteer.
    17. Stop interrupting people when they’re speaking.
    18. Saying “Hello” to people.
    19. Doing an act of kindness every day.
    20. Eating dinner at the dinner table.
    21. Forgive the people that you need to forgive. 22. Focus less on social media. Use it to be social, not to browse.

Great influence Tatiana. I got 2 main takeaways: (a) I strongly consider living the laptop lifestyle, despite Corona. (b) be more disciplined with "working" less, like stopping at 5 pm. Also, going on travels to build schools, plant trees, and so on, is on my radar as well. Now I am a bit lazy and just pay money to various causes, or hand over money to one of my brilliant VAs who does an amazing job passing it on to causes close to her heart. But a laptop llifestyle for 6-24 months would be a lifechanger. Thank you :)

This video was pure gold! Had to laugh here 19:20 i love you and whatever 😂
    But here's my list
    1. Listen to myself more. If I want to start a new hobby(horse riding), actually find a way to do it instead of thinking it's a waste of time or that I don't have the time. Life is now! There's never a time when I'll be 100% free.
    2. Hug people! Corona has shown how rare it can feel to hug people again after long periods of lockdowns.
    3. When speaking to someone, turn your whole body towards them and give them your undivided attention.
    4. Smile generously at anyone.
    5. Take time for myself in the morning to stretch, have tea and write.
    6. Become closer with God.
    7. Learn a new language and give my brain a much needed exercise!
    8. Use the calculator less. The brain needs work. Of course not when doing big equations but something like 17×8 can be done easily without a calculator.
    9. Finding joy in little things. (Tea, good shower after a long day, laughter with friends)
    10. Being kind with myself. Nothing is too serious at 20 for me to become crazy about it. I'm scratching the surface of life!
    🌻💗

    So many great takeaways.
1st of all giving and helping others who're in bigger need than you.
2nd one I gotta say it's incredible you understand what it takes to be a truly feminine and smart woman, unlike most of the Western ladies, unfortunately. I'm from the Eastern Europe and we have a different outlook on the marriage and relationships with men. Here they often try to initiate things that are supposed to come from a men, compete with their men or don't wanna do any acts of favor as simple as cooking a dinner for him. And then they all say all men are trash or there's no good guys out there. It's not that there's no great guys, it's just some women have no idea how to make them feel like men (feeling great about themselves) and so they don't bother doing that extra mile for her.

Great Habits. I'm a little older than you (okay a lot) and many of the habits you have suggested I have applied to my life along the way. Things like the economics of buying coffee through to travelling the world and living as a minimalist. Yet as always there is something to learn.. Today you reminded me to forgive :) Thank you xx
