The PERFECT PEPPERED Cow Skin | Spicy Kanda | Kpomo Recipe | Super Delicious

1kg Cow Skin, Washed
½ tsp Cloves Powder
½ tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Blackpepper
1½ tsp Salt (plus 1 tsp ro boil Cow skin)
1 tsp Curry Powder
½ tsp Whitepepper
3 Scotch Bonnets, adjust to spicy level
3 Tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Large Bell Pepper
1 Medium Size Onion ( save some for Garnishing)
Green Onion and Parsley ( Save some for Garnishing)
