@shirashiraonthewall how is that weird? Certain cars are sought after bc they're rare, exceptionally beautiful, the first to incorporate something new, etc. If it's just an old car with nothing important, why would the car community care about it? Don't get me wrong, we still appreciate any old car that's been taken care of or restored, even if it's not sought after, it just won't ever be worth much
I think a movie about a car would be kinda cool. Like, the main character would actually be an inanimate car, and the whole movie would just be about exploring the lives of the people who owned the car at that time. And as soon as the car is sold or stolen, that person's story ends and the next begins. I think it would be an amazing way to show the passage of time through the lens of an object that doesn't care about you or your problems because it's JUST a car. Nothing more to add about the obvious psychosis of this lady though. And her wife is at fault too. Just shake her and tell her to STOP!

Hallmark could’ve pulled it off but movie wise that’s probably be the only company that would even try, hot wheels wouldn’t have made a book or a movie of it, but it would’ve helped give her the promotion of the story so production studios would’ve possibly seen that. Her saying her car deserves a whole movie is like me saying my Jeep deserves a movie because it was a cash for clunkers car so it was destined to a crusher till someone at the dealership bought it out of the cash for clunkers lot.

Hey just a general PSA You can just like write a book... No one has to give you money for you to be able to do that You can just start doing it in your free time.. It might suck but you can do it. To have the book distributed cost money if you want people to own a physical copy of it and to pay you for it but you can just post that shit online for free... Many people who have paid to self-publish their own books by crowdfunding have done things like posted short stories or chapters of their book and then people who are interested in it and their writing style will donate.
I had seen a study stating that the personality factor that had the biggest influence on success was not intelligence or aptitude but audacity. I guess I can see the argument for it. Like Shira said if you don't ask the answer is always no, so perhaps there is some truth to the idea that the first element to finding success is to have the gall to believe you can try for something. (Of course I don't know if the study accounted for "having rich parents" lol, but I digress) I see this girl at nine minutes in and I say that with this level of entitlement and chutzpah she could actually make for a director. And maybe if she were some nepo baby she would be able to try as she is. But seeing as she is not she needs to accept that she's going to have to pair that ambition with some work, probably in the form of an education. Which is something that she seems less than willing to do. Of course it's only really half a story that she's got. It feels like it needs something more. You know like maybe she could learn something more about the lives of these ladies and come up with a through line that links her to them. Like maybe having the freedom the car granted made all of the lives of the women it touched better. You wanna attract the attention of the car manufacterer? I think that would be a much more appealing story to them and to an audience.
Ah yes, rich parents in a great life hack for success lmao. The rest of us have to work hard. Drive and being a little narcissistic and delusional is truly important though, I wouldn’t have made it this far if I wasn’t a little cocky. But you should never actually publicly share that, that’s her problem.
The irony is that if the origins story of this car is real it meant her grandfather got it two times by just being a kind person and acting nice without any interest behind it and now his grandaughter is trying to capitalize this story. While many say “if you don't ask the answer is always no” I much prefer the saying from Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov: “You should never ask anyone for anything. Never- and especially from those who are more powerful than yourself. They will make the offer and they will give of their own accord.” This can be applied to this story, her grandfather never asked and got rewarded because people saw and valued his kindness. She got an offer and thought it was not good enough and started to ask to the point of harassment and without any shame a big cinematographic company.
10:12 - That part gives me the ick. It's like saying FIlm School or going to college to study film is a waste of time and that you can figure everything out from watching movies. I'm currently in college for film and that's a bunch of garbage. Only about 10% of my classes are actually watching films; the rest is learning techniques that are common in the past, present and future industry.

"If a publisher reached out to me..." I am sorry, what? That is not how publishers work
LOL she dreamin
The irony is that if the origins story of this car is real it meant her grandfather got it two times by just being a kind person and acting nice without any interest behind it and now his grandaughter is trying to capitalize this story.
While many say “if you don't ask the answer is always no” I much prefer the saying from Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov:
“You should never ask anyone for anything. Never- and especially from those who are more powerful than yourself. They will make the offer and they will give of their own accord.”
This can be applied to this story, her grandfather never asked and got rewarded because people saw and valued his kindness. She got an offer and thought it was not good enough and started to ask to the point of harassment and without any shame a big cinematographic company.
i actually love that book and its been so long since ive read it ahhhhhhhh have you seen the cinematic readaptation? its so old lol
how do these people publicly declare you're working for a well known company and not get called out
At this point how is tiktok still here
i like tiktok thooooooooooooo
LMAO I got a million views on tiktok by writing “faith” on my foot in sharpie. Should that be a movie?
The ad I got during this could not have been more perfectly matched to the content😂
“Old lady’s “ is a Hells Angels term for the male bikers partners.
"I think you're the third old lady to own this car" He said to his 16-year-old granddaughter...?
10:12 - That part gives me the ick. It's like saying FIlm School or going to college to study film is a waste of time and that you can figure everything out from watching movies. I'm currently in college for film and that's a bunch of garbage. Only about 10% of my classes are actually watching films; the rest is learning techniques that are common in the past, present and future industry.
EXACTLY! Lol - it’s like saying you work in a Music Store so you can make music
The uncut jams 😂💀
The Sponsor made me wonder if this is how women feel watching manscaped Ads
Everyone on tiktok lies, how wouldnt you expect it at this point?
“The people want…….”
