Alas, resampling an image from 300dpi to 1200dpi won’t do a good job at creating missing information. The app (Affinity Photo, or whatever photo editing program you use) will just guess.

Unfortunately I can’t because i don’t have photoshop anymore.
Can you do this in designer to? Or just photo?
I am not sure. Designer and photo have different functions. Perhaps someone knows how to do it in designer but I do not.
