The Most well-rounded are Inkscape (power users) and PDF XCHANGE EDITOR/EDITOR PLUS (advanced users).
I need a PDF editor this is best suited to export to excel, paid or free. Excel power query is supposed to read PDF'S and import the data into excel however it does not work wtih "unstructured invoices". Because of this, I need the best PDF exporter. BTW: I tried Adobe but it does not keep the line items of an invoice on the saem line making it very difficult/time comsuimg to fix. There has to be better!?

Liber office draw is a great tool.

Many studies on people who "take notes" shows their information retention is LESS than people who just listen without taking notes.
I really enjoy Notion - Easy to start with, but a lot of features that you can add. Also has a desktop version if you don't want to keep losing it in 80 open internet tabs.

Nah, Inkscape is better
I have tried in Libre office draw multiple times, but when opening a pdf many things are wrongly positioned.
I had to edit a payslip recently (ethically of course) and this time I tried Inkscape instead. And the result was pixel perfect
Only downside is that it is slow for pdf files with many pages since it loads all the pages at once
@@AbhishekBM - OP used the word most in his statement, so still holds. Also, although Inkscape is awesome (!!!), I can't imagine teaching it to my parents, whereas I could see them learn Libre Draw. So it has more features, but not better. An F1 car is objectively a better car than a 2004 Toyota Yaris, until you want to go from A to B on a public road.
@@EelcoWind yes I understand. I only mentioned Inkscape as a better alternative to Libre office draw because they are both FOSS software.
@@AbhishekBM Agree, in some situations Inkscape works better... it's a much more advanced program.
Btw, do you know if Inkscape can open and edit and save multi page pdf document?
@@AbhishekBMA solution to that is to take out a single page, I use PDF Arranger for that in my Linux system, and insert it back after editing.
