There are cars sold here without airbags (2019 accent) and with 0 ncap score (spresso). I don’t think the government has standards at all. This is why toyotaph is saying that we are not affected yet other asean countries are affected. The cars are manufactured in other asean countries where this is an issue, so what makes us special right?
We can just really hope our government steps up or raise the standards.

My tita didnt receive a notice or email too but when they contacted their agent to confirm it, she was told na dalhin ang sasakyan nila sa casa para maservice. So I recommend na dalhin mo p din at iconfirm mo sa Toyota. Maganda na ang sigurado kaysa magsisi ka sa huli.

Mostly, those who are hating Daihatsu cars are Ford Owners. As if naman napakaganda ng Quality ng mga Ford Cars and mga Chinese- rebadge cars ng ford😂 Anyway, Totally Agree. Daihatsu has improved a lot, this is just a hiccup along the way. ❤
