The fact that in the background of the song, everyone sings their own parts like in the end of We Don't Talk About Bruno, we can imagine ourselfs in Dolores's place, like, she hears everything, just take a moment to realize how annoying that could be. Yes! Only problem is that everyone repeats their lines (even bruno who I usually sing as) when dolores speaks. I have sang everyone's parts and they line up with the beat when dolores sings.

It's crazy how when you take away all of the vocals it's suddenly so chill, and once you go back you realize how anxiety inducing all of those voices can be.
This is just a song, having to hear everything, EVERYTHING
Gossip, worries, fears, yelling, anger, it's all gonna take a huge toll on one's mental state
Even if you can eventually learn to tune out the stuff you don't want to hear, everyone in the family has a role, everyone is useful for something, and they're used like such
Your ability to hear everything, even if it's not actually a responsibility, makes you feel responsible for everyone's problems, knowing that something bad is happening, someone is hurt, someone is afraid, someone needs help, that's all on you to tell other people, you're just the messenger, but you're everyone's messenger, and it's expected of you, everything you hear can be something you need to listen to, but you won't know everything because you're hearing everything at once. It would all blend together endlessly, you can only process listening to so much at a time, and that's assuming you can hear it over everything else.
It's an impossible task, but one that you have to deal with constantly, and even if it's not required that Dolores tells whenever something goes wrong, you know she feels responsible for when something does go wrong and she couldn't tell anyone, because it was too cluttered.
Imagine someone falls and hurts themselves, and tries to call out for help, but nobody but Dolores would be able to hear. But Dolores can't make it out over the sounds of everything else- whenever that person is found and healed, even if nobody blames Dolores, she's going to blame herself, because she didn't hear it, despite it being her gift.
I imagine this compounds itself further with a sort of paranoia and anxiety, every voice could be something she needs to hear, something important she should listen to, but she can't process everything at once, or hear everything clearly enough at once, and there's likely this feeling of "If I had just listened closer, I would have heard that." Again, leading her to blaming herself
Yes, everyone's gift is stressful, you have to take care of the heavy lifting, you're expected to be the face of beauty and perfection because you can summon flowers, you're expected to have control over your emotions because it helps crops, make food to heal the sick and injured, copy people to help the townsfolk when they need to be in two places at once, it's all overwhelming.
But having to hear everything at once, and knowing that when something goes wrong and you didn't hear it, despite your gift BEING the ability to hear everything- THAT would drive a person to insanity. I'm sure whenever she lost her gift, she could still hear voices constantly, like a ringing in her ears that doesn't go away, even though she no longer had the ability to hear everything.
Dolores got the worst out of everyone. I'd argue even Mirabelle is better off than Dolores because of that.
Anyway I dunno why I decided to make a comment this long but, hey, if ya made it to the end, you've earned a cookie.
TL;DR
This song not having vocals really made me realize how bad Dolores has it. Time Sensitive problems become your duty to know about, and hearing everything is for sure to make you go insane. Dolores deserved better.

It only confirms something I have felt in the production of the song: everything seems to be in only one channel and the bass sounds "polluted" (that is to say, it does not add that pleasant "bass sensation", but makes all the instrumental sound unpolished and low-fidelity instead). The background voices Dolores hears when she sings could have been placed in tridimensional channels; it would have given it more clarity. These are post-production issues I noticed. In either case, we all agree this song is a B O P
