Angel and sir pentious have both shown a little bit of there true form example: in it starts with sorry vaggie and Angel both want to kill sir pentious and you can see angels eyes start blowing neon pink and some other features do as well and for sir pentious when he is about to die he trys to shoot Adam with his death rye so he says to the egg bois FIRE and you can see his eyes glowing red I hope this information helps

We also did see a glimpse of Charlie's demonic form in the first ever episode of HH (the pilot or whatever it's called) where she talked on Live TV about her project, she burst into song and for a split second during her song, she did her demonic form. This could imply that she (and others) can do their transformation from ANY extreme/intense emotions, such as excitement, passion, anger, fear, threat etc. Funnily enough, I also have a theory that there may be actually three stages to the transformation - a human form, a "humanoid/demon form" and a demon form. Most inhabitants of hell seem to naturally be in their humanoid/demon phase, however in Helluva Boss we see Loona and Stolas both shift into human forms when they go to the overworld. We also briefly see Loona's true demon form (third phase) in Western Energy where she briefly changes when she is injected with the Hellbies shot (this has been speculated that it's out of fear as in a later episode we see a flashback to Loona being adopted and we see that she was going to be put down, so her fear of needles/shots was much deeper). Generally the more powerful a demon/angel is, the more terrifying their final form is - for example, Mammon is one of the seven deadly sins, and he turns into a terrifying spider like entity in Mammon's Magnificent Midseason Musical, where he threatens Fizz. I also have a feeling that the very very powerful beings, like Archangels, Sins, Lucifer etc. Can't adapt/change further into a human form than they already are, meaning they'll never be able to be fully human looking like say Stolas or Loona managed to get in HB. We also saw a giant/demonic version of Beelzebub in Queen Bee, where she got pissed (probably in both meanings).

Apparently, damage from angelic weapons is permanent. In Helluva Boss, Striker stabbed Stolas in the arm with one, and the wound is still bandaged several episodes later. It might never heal.
Nope it is a spin-off since it was supposed to be part of the Hazbin Hotel but Vivienne decided to split them. Spin-off can still happen in the same universe.
The one thing that kept nagging at me was how Vaggy said she didn't think Angels could be harmed because, y'know she's missing an eye and wings... so she had to know that they could be harmed. I think they meant killed, but the use of the word harmed was perplexing.
