Whenever you see or hear someone call the Dc10 a death trap, just remind that even though the 737 and 747 obviously have way more flight hours, 10,000 people have died on them compared to 1200 on the dc10

DC 10andmd 11 are made by macdonell Douglas

DC-10 and both MD-11 was made by McDonnell Douglas, while the L-1011 Tristar is made by Lockheed
