My stylist here in Mexico does a far better job getting my hair a completely equal platinum blonde all over. If I was this guy, I would have been disappointed in the awful yellow streaks that remained after the bleaching process.
for them being professionals they really don't how to get the hair all platinum blonde without brassy tones.
Richard Crow's I'm pretty sure they toned with a demi and the color grabbed in some places because of the porosity. If they had toned with a demi and then used a permenant color it would've looked better.

i cant believe they didnt bleach it twice ... should've just sent them home after the first bleach, and had them come back for a second one / toning later
I think the lighting in the video made it look a little bit worse than what it probably was.

the Revolution Nah man. Bleach for sure is damaging and it'll make hair break off faster, but it certainly doesn't cause hair loss.
