Sometimes losing weight is healthy for you obviously gaining weight is natural sometimes isn’t always the best. My mom is a health instructor you should do diets at least every couple weeks. It’s not punishing it’s for the health for us humans
@@kuku-er4vt it’s not mandatory to go on diets every week , is you don’t want to them dont , it’s all about having a balanced life , but that’s besides my point , my point is that it’s completely natural to gain weight on vacation and she’ll loose it naturally with time, she doesn’t need to drink a detox juice for lunch to loose it , all love tho 🙃
