Im here in his home country in a town called Amstelveen working 40 hours a week. This guy has run away from the hardship life in Europe and now own 60 hectare of farmland in Ghana. I must come back to my country oooo.
This is quite inspiring. I have always said Africa is a gold mine. He left the Netherlands to set this up in Africa, while our youths are risking their lives through the Atlantic ocean to get to Europe. We need more inspiring videos like this.
You must be joking do you know how capital intensive this project is?! You don't need inspiration Mr. You need FINANCING and knowledge How much is 60acre of and in Ghana?!
Thanks and you are right; Africa has got enormous potential! If you are dedicated and motivated it is not necessary to see if the grass is greener in Europe
@@yourworshipthegreat7630It is correct to say that it is capital intensive, but please be aware that we have built up the farm in a number of years....step by step! Knowledge is certainly necessary, next to dedication and motivation
Hi Enyonam, there is another huge fish farm somewhere in the Central Region.I think it is called R and B farms.I have seen a few videos about them on UA-cam.
Hmmm.... I want to travel outside this year ooo. I think I have to advise myself. Those there are coming here to make money why should I go out there if there is money here?
@Okyere It is a tricky situation requiring wisdom. Our ability to see an opportunity is relative. You have seen an opportunity to earn foreign currency and experience Like you these foreigners already have the money and they see the opportunity cheap land and big market
How is it possible for amy yurugu to buy land in Ghana? That should never have happened! Afrika's land belongs only to Afrikans, and i dont mean foreigners born on the continent or foreigners, i mean Afrikans, culturally, spiritually, eumelaminally, indigenous Afrikans!! Afrikans,
@@otitoatansi5415Please note that the process of buying the land (leasehold) took extremely long ended up in us paying for the land 2 times. This is something that would never happen in the Netherlands. If a Ghanaian comes to Ghana on a work visum, he / she has got the same rights as any other Dutch citizen when it comes to acquiring land / property.
Again people don't learn, the same thing that happened in the past is happening again, Europeans coming to exploit. Hearing his story that he started from the Congo red flag already and then ends up in Ghana. Your country must be easy for foreigners especially from Europe. How can he own land in Ghana? This is colonization all over again. There must be a law against this. In Europe Africans are discriminated and in Ghana they get the red carpet. Land must belong to the indigenous people. You have already forgotten why people fought for independence.
@@vinoliaadom365 I have been all over the world, it's not easy for Africans to just show up in Europe and get 60 hectares of land. In Southern Africa many countries have strict conditions and they only lease the land to foreigners. They cannot buy, the land belongs to the state. Ghana is the same place where the Chinese are mining illegally, one was even made a chief. If you don't put any rules people are going to exploit and take over.
The question is how do we get rid of the Chinese from Ghana. As others are investing into agriculture, the Chinese are destroying our lands with galamsey and illegal logs and Timber cutting
African think its a good thing to sell your land. Look at what is happening in south african. You can lease it for 15 years which is renewable and yiu have your land at tye end of the day on contract basis.

Just google or go to UA-cam
Ask Prez Mahama, I learnt he has enough experience on it🎉
Non Ghanaians should not be able to outrightly buy lands. it can be leased to them with a Ghanaian accompanying them as a signee.
If you’re white you get the red carpet 😂
😢sad af
They love mzungus. In fact mzungus have more privilege in Africa than in Europe and America
I know this farm
Can ghanaians even buy lands in Europe, hmmm
It is harder for Europeans to get land in Ghana than the other way around. Please believe us, we have got the experiences to prove it.
False

Yes you can if you have the credit or the money.
You can buy anything in Europe if only you have the means.

Why not stop selling them young and instead let them grow older and sell them for more money
We actually do both. Fingerlings, juveniles and table size.
