Mr Anthony is really passionately about what he is talking about together with the other younger gentle man. This is really superb. Am so much encouraged. I would love to visit kenya 🇰🇪 some day. Great team work and welly organised
Watu wangu… your brother from Democratic Republic of Congo here… I am very impressed by your clear and well knowledgeable presentation. Your business is what I really need to get into. All the very best and thank you very much for your show video.
Brother - I feel that U are running a Nitrogen Cycle - could it be a Close-Loop AQUAPONIC System. Just make a vegetable garden and try to filter the fish waste (ammonia) through some sort of a grow bed - then U can kill 2 birds in 1 stone - where you can harvest vegetables/fruits and fish. Alhamdhulilaahi - keep up the good work.
Brilliant presentation. The Kamuthanga fish guys know their stuff. Looking forward to visiting the restaurant when I’m in Kenya. Nigerians call these type of fish restaurants where you choose your own fish ‘point and kill’
Watching these stories from Angola (Luanda).... I would like to come to Kenya and meet some of the farmers and mostly this fish farm and its restaurants... Kenya I'm coming soon...
Well done Tony this is my dream...you ought to consider franchising the fish farm end too. 200 outlets would need supply 100 farms close to outlets hence less on transport, cool chain etc. We need not import fish at all if anything we should be net exporters! I would be interested to know the capital required in one acre farm setup.
Great presentation, thanks. What am i doing or what are my agricultural practices 🙃, none. Am just educating myself to venture into commercial agriculture. Can't wait.
Good video but I am amazed at the capital expenditure. I think he has missed a trick by not applying the 20:80 pareto rule where every venture makes 80% of its profits from only 20% of the venture. He should identify his 20% and double down on it with more capital infusion for more profits. I wonder why they have to set up their own outlets. There are surely many moving parts to manage. How hard is it to sell fish wholesale to middlemen and the final consumer? The Kamuthanga marketing system looks very complicated to execute for someone looking to start...
He's marketing approach is the best and an excellent idea, execution. Selling to middle men and wholesalers takes a good pinch off his profit margin, but a target market fr final consumers means he's gonna be selling most of his stocks at premium price which brings maximum profits possible. Good thinking and an Amazing Set up.
@@kcjabari.1146 Conventional wisdom tells us that you get most of your rewards from 20% of your work. It is called the 80-20 Pareto rule. I don't see the need why he should be in every segment of the value chain. That's going to strain any business resources thin and be capital intensive like in his case. Perhaps he should identify which 20% of his business makes him 80% of his profits and pour in more capital into that segment to make even more profits
Hi, my name is Guna Yogomul. I started tilapia hatchery farming in PapuaNewGuinea recently and I am really inspired by your story. Please, can you share insights on how to obtain YY Male tilapia for spawning?
