Source cards through eBay, local card shops, trade nights, events, TCGPlayer, Mercari, Facebook, etc. Listings with pictures will always be your better option.

How fast is the turn around in grading
Depends on the grading tier but the most common one is $15 grading per card and it takes about 45-50 business days for the return
